Whats worst than awful”
Check in was a nightmare. There is no information about the place. Turns out its just an apartment within a complex. Tried to ring the number on the Agoda site and texted several times. Will not answer to questions about where is the place and how do we check in. No front desk. It was a security guard manning the front who cannot answer any questions at all. We were redirected to a care taker. To make matters worst, lady was absolutely rude to my companion. Lady also have no uniform and pretty unkempt. Came to the room and they were practically using under 18 year old kids cleaning up the room. Is this even legal? Check out was even worst. No instructions and lady only replied when I am already off the site. Security guard will not take the keys so I had to give the keys to the people we know in the government so that they can sort out this rogue host operating and giving Tagaytay a bad name. It was a nightmare staying here.

Owner should have put more details, information or instruction regarding how to check in. Guests must contact the owner beforehand not on the same day. Owner said that she sent me an email the night before but I didn't receive any. We were in the place early and we texted the owner what is the room number to tell to the guard so that we can park already. But we waited until PAST 2pm before she answered. We also waited for the caretaker until 3pm to check us in. The room at 22nd floor is good. TV is connected to the internet. Internet is quite fast. We had YouTube streaming all night.

👍Room Rate - it's really affordable. 👍View from balcony - it was perfect, 22nd flr. not bad. 👍Free WiFi - perfect! mabilis ang connection 👍 Netflix - thank u, pero u have to login right away kase unahan sa access. first day-may access, 2nd day-nilogout na nila, so wala ng netflix, nganga 👎Room Capacity - it's good for 2pax only. More than that, magiging Sardines style na kayo. 👎Cleanliness - not recommending this room kung priority ung cleanliness. Shower room is overflowing outside the room. No rugs, so no choice but to use our blanket to clean the floor. Checkin/out sakto sa time, walang patawad, pay agad. Siningil kame for 10mins overstay dahil nagaayos ng gamit. Blankets/PillowCase/BedCover - hindi pinalitan, naamoy pa nmin shampoo ng humiga before us. Maaligasgas ung bedcover and blanket. Room - parang motel type, higaan lang ang magandang tambayan. Maraming maliliit na langgam na nangangagat. Wala kameng sweets na dala and food pero nilanggam kame. Staff/Owner: upon booking kahit malapit na ung booked date. Wala silang paramdam. Unless tatawagan mo sila. Ikaw pa ang kelangan magreachout. Mas okay sa iba. Overall: Very much disappointed. Will never book again here. Rate: 3 This is my own experience. i dunno if you'll have the same.

Your Home is located at the 16th floor City Land Tower in Tagaytay. It has a partial view of the Tagaytay Ridge and a full view of the Tagaytay country side. The unit is very neat as it boasts a very comfortable bed, an organized kitchen and clean restrooms where you can sleep soundly, cook your own food and bath. It is also very quiet as you can enjoy the cool weather with its free strong wifi and cable TV. The location itself is obviously very convenient as it is along the main road. They also have parking spaces for renters. The owner and her care taker are so nice and accommodating. They are also very attentive with your concerns. I strongly recommend YOUR HOME TAGAYTAY to travelers such as couples, family outings and business travels.
