Captivating Taal Lake View”
This unit located at 20F of Tower 4 gave my family the best view of Taal Lake, from sunset upon check-in to sunrise b4 check-out, that truly captivated us. Add to this the impressive cleanliness of the whole unit, cool & stylish interior design, and complete kitchen necesities which made our stay a comfortable & homy one. Worth to commend also our caretaker Roselle, who contacted us as earlier as 9am on our check-in day. She provided us all the guidance we need for our smooth check-in process despite the high volume of incoming guests that day. I highly recommend this unit to everyone. Thank you Roselle & to the unit owner.

We really enjoyed our short staycation. The unit has everything you need- utensils for light cooking, fridge, towels, slippers, hair dryer, body wash and most importantly - NETFLIX! Kudos to Ate Rosel for making us feel so welcomed! Also, the view is priceless! Definitely 10/10!

Totoo nga yung mga nabasa ko sa mga ratings maganda talaga yung unit and halos complete yung mga gamit. Tanaw talaga yung taal 😍 Overall maayos at maganda talaga pag stay namin dito. Mabait din may ari and caretaker. Thank you po mga maam 😊💖 will be back soon. 10/10 recommended to everyone 🥰

This place is a highly recommended one, a home away from home. Ate Rosel is so accommodating, good thing about the place it was strategically located with a great taal view, good water supply, complete kitchen tools and utensils and great ambiance which you can consider your second home. Definitely a place to return to. Kudos again to Ate Rosel who entertain all our queires and concern.

The area, the window view, amenities/houseware are all great. One thing is that, the unit don't have a balcony or terrace as mentioned on the preview page. It is just a sliding door and we can consider it as a glass window facing the Taal.

Worth the stay”
We super love the place bec of the view, really guaranteed that it's overlooking Taal. They also have complete things you need like the appliances, utensils, even alcohol/sanitizers. Love that we have viewed movies using their netflix. Also, from the owner to caretaker, they are all very accommodating. They both show care and assure we are enjoying our stay in their place. They even ask how we are during our stay. Thank you so much and will definitely book again 😊

Great location, great view as pictured, great staff”
The view is stunning! Definitely worth the price. Would be better if the windows were cleaner coz there were a bit of bird poop on it. Rosel has been amazing at attending to our needs and questions. Drinking water is provided together with cooking and dining utilities. Sugar, salt, creamer and pepper would have been nice. There's a supermarket 5 mins walk from the condo but a tad expensive compared to BGC Manila prices. There's restaurants nearby and the sky ranch is a good 15 mins walk from the condo. Getting in and out of the complex takes time to get used to with the slow elevators. The netflix and internet is fast with comfy couch. The storage cabinets cannot be fully used since it's used to store the linens, towels, and special decor (i think) for the next guests. Would've been nice if these were cleared out.

Even though nagkaissue sa reservation namin which we hope didn't happen, I must say na sobrang ganda dito and very accomodating ng staff(Ms Rosel) and the owner Ms. Mary Grace. Sobrang bait pareho! Thank you for the balloon setup. Only thing lang na negative here is yung parking lot which is malayo sa building but di naman kasalanan ng property owner yun. Overall 100% irrecommend namin to sa iba. Thank you Ms Rosel and Ms Mary Grace! 🙂😁
