The place and facilities are good but the owner of the unit, ms. Shayne Rufino's approach to customer is the worst. The ads tells us that we can check-in for 4 adult and 2 children below 12 years ols. But during the time we already paid, ms shayne wanted me to contact her and she told me that strictly 4 person only. They provided additional bed but it was really gross. Good thing i have a friend living in Wind Residences and help us with the 2 children. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE ROOM OF MS SHAYNE RUFINO. if you guys want proof, i can send you screen shots of our convo and pic of her room.

All negative reviews are correct I thought they already improved that's why I booked but sadly no improvement at all. On the same day at the location already telling me that she will just refund because she will not accept us because SMDC announced that max of 4 only are allowed per room, but I booked April 2 with 3 adults and 3 kids and our stay was May 25-27 it's more than one month, she has ample tine to inform us ahead not on the day itself. More than one mon to do the Authorization but still on the same day she did the letter! Room seems matagal na walang tumira because of the smell and lots of snaill ipis especially in the cabinets of cooking pan. Cant open it again because of the bad odor. And as much as I want to clean, oh my.... They only have broom stick how can we sweep the floor? Grabe sobrang tyaga ko mag walis using the broom stick. And so disgusting yung bowl cover with poops oh so dirty. Grabe need to clean and disinfect before I allow my kids to use the bathroom

Yung caretaker hindi maayos makipag usap, mayabang akala mo siya may ari ng unit. 12pm out namin pero nakabantay siya samin sa labas kulang na lng hakutin niya yung gamit namin palabas, humingi lng kami saglit ng kunting minuto para mag ayos pero grabe di kami mapagbigyan. Maliit yung room not good for 5persons.

I specifically told the host that there will be 6 guests. When we arrived at the place, there were only 2 towels and 1 thin blanket. How the hell can 6 people share those? I called her attention about it only to be told that they only provide 2 towels and 1 thin blanket regardless of the number of people occupying the place. Such a ridiculous reaponse! The host should have advised us in the 1st place so we could have brought our own. I have already read the bad review on this place but still gave the benefit of doubt thinking that such bad review may be an eye opener for them to improve. I was totally wrong. The previous review was accurate.

In the first place, the unit indicates in the booking details was not the one turned over to us, 2nd: The unit has no airconditioning vs the details confirmed in agoda with airconditioning facilities. 3rd: Unit has a very foul smell, dirty, dusty, inhealthy to stay in. Cabinets with rotting smell. 4th: Host Ms. Shayne Rufino is arrogant, disrespectul, rude. Did not show up upon to check out to settle issues with us. 5th: Caretaker Xeena Barido claimed she did not know the host but the host was the one who provided her contact no. to us. This is all fraud, misleading and cheating. We want a refund for this charge. This is unacceptable. Please do make an action about this Agoda!
