Unique Guest House”
I like their English style of interior. Big bathroom, comfort bed and pillow. The host Ms Lew is a nice person and her father (if not mistaken) very helpful when we asked him where to buy the bread stick that they provided, her father help us drive to the shop and get it for us. As he recommended we should stay longer time in Hualien. So I may consider to stay Wei Sen Guest House again and spend more time in Hualien in future.

Shabby Chic in Hualien”
Shabby chic is the theme of Wei Sen. Its beautiful and clean but a bit of a challenge to locate, even neighbors a couple of blocks away are not aware of the street name. Once inside though, Wei Sen has a very welcoming feel to it. The owner's daughter took care of most of my request including driving me to the tour center and to the train station on my way back to Taipei. It also helps that Wei Sen is close to the night market and a runner's track..

good value for location, decor and service”
I changed my booking until the last minute for the location. This is a brand new 4 floors building which provides total 4 guest rooms. We were well treat upon check in and oriented for the private tour provided by ower's Daddy, Mr. Luo. The own family are so kind. Mr. Luo serves us well as an excellent driver/guide. We are 100% satisfied with the 1 day tour. The whole building is well-decorated in plesant style and well maintained. The location is as excellent as I imagine. With night market, fuit/daily market, downtown area all within walking distance, what else more you could expect? The whole owner family are very kind. Finally the lady owner drive us to the train station at 5:30am to catch the train and even buy breakfast for us. We are deeply moved. Will definitely recommed it to any traveller. Do wish to stay again next time with Wei Sen.

Nice & Friendly Owner”
Friendly owner who volunteered to help us to book train tickets for departure from hualien upon arrival. The location is near Hualien Dongdamen Tourist Night Market. The owner also provides free usage of bicycle and on the departure day, her dad offered to send us to the train station. Excellent service!

Nice n friendly owner”
The owner was very nice. She pick me up from train station and introduce me to all the nice food and places of interest. She also offered free bicycle for riding, very convienient for me to visit to places of interest within the city. She provided a map for all tt stay in her place with highlight on the places of interest so easier to find. The room was very nicely decorated too...one thing is there is no lift so need to carry own things up the stairs. Environment is very quiet especially at night.

Value for money, landlord lady very friendly ”
the stay was enjoyable, we were provided with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the location is close enough to get to all the recommended local food by foot. Landlord lady provided map and an introduction to the city. we even had transportation to and fro the railway station. Value for money.

Lovely stay! ”
We were picked up and also sent off at the train station by Mr Lu, who was very patient and friendly with us! We also hired him for a tour of Taroko Gorge and he was very kind to bring us to many beautiful spots and share little anecdotes about the places we visited. The room was okay, we didn't have any view but the location was decent. Short walk to the night market (must try the coffin toast!) and also a short walk to the busier town areas.

Everything is good here! The homestay is nice & cosy, while the room is big enough for 2 of us. The bed is really comfortable and the toilet is clean and spacious. The host offers to help us re-book after learning that we didn't manage to get the express train tickets. Thanks!
