It was a great place in general, except the WIFI access was really bad”
Overall experience was great. My children love the place. Having McDonald's right beside the hotel was a big plus. You obviously can grab something to eat so easily, especially if you have children like mine with big appetites. Staff were very friendly, they aren't hard to talk to, they are very pleasant. Thankfully, with all the reviews I read about a not so clean room. ours was the total opposite. My children and I had a really good night's sleep, the bed was really comfortable. It was basically clean. The location though was one of the downside for me. The place is far from where the action is, so you have to travel a bit to get to the heart of Tagaytay where all the happenings are. If you drive, brace yourself, traffic was crazy. The other downside was the WIFI access from inside the room. That shouldn't be a problem these days, I'm sure it isn't for the other hotels nearby, but it is for this hotel though.

Value for money. Great for Staycations.”
Clean rooms, clean hallways, clean pool. With gaming facilities (billiards, darts and table tennis) which guests can use. It's very accessible. Walking distance from tagaytay rotonda and very near to Tagaytay's attractions. The hotel itself has a very nice view of Taal Lake and it is beside McDonalds Tagaytay which also offers Tagaytay's great view!

Short but memorable..”
When I reached front desk and check my booking, I was told that they upgraded it to room with balcony. I was surprised, it was a good timing. We chose your hotel because of its facilities, location and we really wanted to play table tennis (which has sentimental value for us). Thank you team Vista Real, to kuya and ate who assisted us from parking to our room, to front liners who are commendable. Ladies are approachable and very helpful. I couldn’t remember your names. Great place”
The location is perfect. There is a good view of the Taal lake. Staff are courteous. Infinity pool is great. Although the room is small and there is no wifi access. The only thing I did not like was the dinner buffet served only that night we stayed (Dec. 24). Although, the food is tasty, there were only few choices. I don't think the price for the buffet is worth the food served. But for the hotel, it made our stay in Tagaytay great!!!

The location of this hotel is strategic and located at the heart of Tagaytay City near the Rotunda and beside McDonalds. The staff was attentive and very welcoming and accommodating. The infinity pool was great and well lit though the customers of McDonalds can see us while we were swimming. There were no wifi and signal in our room since it was located underground and the room smelled musty inside after sometime.

Clean and convenient partial-volcano-view hotel”
We stayed during the Valentine 2019 weekend (Thursday to Sunday). Our room was described as "lakeview" (Deluxe 2, 2nd floor), and indeed it was but only partially as there were trees that blocked the part of the lake with Taal volcano. The location is convenient in terms of having an unlimited Korean restaurant in the same hotel, a McDonald's in the adjacent lot, and a 7/11 across the McDonald's. Ihawan Republic restaurant is also within walking distance (they have great food). Two things caught my attention the most. First was the cleanliness. I'm practically a diagnostic tool for aircon dust (I ALWAYS sneeze in a room with dirty aircon). Our room never made me sneeze at all! I also walked around barefoot and my feet didn't become dirty (they provided bedroom slippers which I did not wear initially). Second was the very efficient housekeeping team. There were four of them and they made-up our room in about 5 minutes. Overall, I would book this hotel again if there was a promo.

Convenient Location, Awesome View”
With a magnificent view of Taal Lake, Vista Real is truly a value for my money since it is nearby quick service restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets. Not to mention its own Korean restaurant located at the lobby. Amenities include its pool and play area. Secure parking spaces at the basement and ground floor for ease of traveling. King size bed is comfy and clean. Will visit again soon.

What is great about the hotel is the location,view and the service. Hotel's physical attribute and ammenities is acceptable. Floor numbering is discombabulated. They don't have floors higher than ground so all floors go down, but the elevator is numbered the otherway around. They have a guide though, which is a courtesy that mgt is aware of the confusion. 😉 We have a free breakfast included in our room availment and the meal's serving size is enough for a Filipino apettite. I say the meal is pricey based on their menu and what was served to us. It was a great stay still becuase of the staff's service, free coffee and view.

Very affordable hotel with good location”
Hotel is easy to find along the main road. Parking is limited in the front but has more parking at the basement. The basement parking is a challenge to maneuver with an SUV. The parking location is beneath the pool level which gets your car drenched in chlorine. Flooring is riddled with puddles. Access to floors is ok with an elevator. The room has two big queen beds that fit a family of 2 kids and 4 adults. The walking space is limited. The bathroom is clean but with only two towels. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Each bed had two soft pillows. The aircon was a bit noisy for my liking but cold enough for a comfortable sleep. At the time of our visit there was a band playing which could be heard from the lobby and up to our room. The walls need sound proofing since you can also here your neighbors. We did not avail of the breakfast because there was a nearby MC Donald’s and a mall about 5 minutes walk with more food selection. Check out was smooth. Friendly reception people.

Great for a chill weekend with friend”
we were 3 girls and we enjoyed just seeing the view and ordering room service, as the balcony has a dining set. We had no neighbors so that was good, but it is a shared balcony so might not be as relaxing as it would have been on a busy weekend. In you get sick of the korean food (breakfast is also korean food), the hotel is located beside McDo and in front of a cute hippie cafe. The staff was very accommodating and nice!

Located along the highway near the rotonda, beside McDonald's. Room was modern, very clean, strong water pressure. All necessities ok. No wifi in the room however, only in the lobby. Staff was very courteous. Will probably stay here again for the right price.

Quick Weekend Getaway”
Celebrated our anniversary with our toddler here last Dec 9. Location is good, a lot of nice restos near the vicinity. Pool view was amazing. There was a jacuzzi but the water is so cold, you’ll have a hard time staying longer in the pool. We got the Deluxe room. It was ordinary but spacious enough for 2adults and a kid. Bed is comfortable, we had a good night sleep. There was no wifi in the room. Mobile Data does not seem to work as well, couldn’t get any signal. Breakfast is typical pinoy breakfast (garlic rice, egg, choice of fish/pork). Staff are courteous and kind enough to reheat the food we bought outside since we wanted to have soup for breakfast. Overall, experience was great and we’ll certainly consider visiting this hotel again.

The place is nice but the only thing is you have poor wifi services. You have to go to the lobby just to connect. I suggest that you should accomodate individual room wifi service just like other hotels.

Great view, nice staff, nice beddings”
We checked in here to celebrate my birthday! Very responsive ang mga staff sa mga text ko before we checked in. Kasi sabi ko nung una 12noon mag checkin na kami, eh sobrang traffic, inabot kami ng halos 1:45pm to check in. Sobrang dali makita ang hotel. Madaming tao pag pasok sa entrance kasi may Samgyupsal-an. Korean restaurant ang bubungad sayo. Pagpasok ng room, mejo parang ang sikip pala ng room w/ 2 beds. Deretso din ako sa veranda to see the view. Kaso lake lang din makikita, di kita Taal volcano. And shared veranda pala yun. So magkakakitaan kayo ng mga tao sa katabi mong room. Sana may mas mataas na divider sila para medyo may privacy naman kapag nasa veranda especially pag kakaen ng food doon. I felt uneasy lang. Pero depende din siguro sa tao. Mabait naman yung mga tao sa next room kasi nag alok pa sila ng food nung nag dinner sila dun eh naka tambay din kami. Very nice ang beddings, nakatulog naman ako ng maayos. Masarap din ang free breakfast galing korean resto nila.

didn't expect the water dispenser with coffee and lipton tea at the hallway for the guests. the free breakfast is limited for 3 choices of korean food. bibimbop, beef and pork bulgogi. since I am not fond of korean food, I opted to eat my breakfast at mcdonalds beside the hotel the following day. what I didn't like is they kept on bugging me to pay the full accomodation for the two nights of my stay even if I told them that I will pay my balance upon check out if only. they could've told told me that it is a hotel policy to pay the amount in full upon check in.

The location and size of rooms in this hotel is good. The staff are also friendly. But I dislike the scent inside the room. Their room have no windows due to it's design but that the downside of it. Because of poor ventilation and not enough fresh air entering the rooms, it smells really moldy. I hope they could improve on this factor.

Mildew Odor ”
Location, room size, view and other things about this hotel like the swimming pool are all nice. But what I did not like about this place is the moldy scent inside the rooms. I'm thinking that the reason for that could be that the rooms don't have windows. I hope they could find a way to address this problem since a lot of people, including me and my friends have allergy to molds. We left the next morning with red itchy spots on our face and body. I would like to commend the staff who did their best to make us feel comfortable by giving us a humidifier to address the problem. Although it did not help, we still appreciate their effort.

My overnight stay in vista real hotel”
The room has a psuedo window which doesnt have any view... Funny... The room we stayed at has an old house smell... Running hot water which is good Room is big Staff were friendly. Besides that its your typical hotel. Ill definitely go back and try their other rooms. Very near to the restaurants and walking distance to mcdo and ayala malls
