Short but relaxing trip during covid”
We were pleasantly surprised that the facility had everything we needed and more. Pros: -we were allowed to check in past 5 pm (na traffic) - There were only a few people around so we felt really safe - huge room! And complete cooking stuff (we did not use the stove but at least it is there. There is refrigerator and microwave too. - complete hotel knick knacks like toobrush and toothpaste, shampoo, etc. no need to bring toiletries - Has stuff that you can clean with (would be nice if there were some rugs that we could have also used - Comfy bed! Cons: - we requested for a room facing amenities but it is ok since we arrived late baka naubos na - There is ponding (accumulation of water) in the shower area since the slope to drain was not proper. So you have to kinda help the water go towards the drain if you really want to have it dry when you step in next time. Other things to note: - You need to leave php1,000.00 deposit fee when checking in - you can get this when you check out provided you did not destroy anything. :D Amazing stay! would check in again. You cannot bring your grandparents though if they are beyond 65 and kids below 15 are still not allowed.

Quiet and peaceful place”
I have stayed in hotels and similar condos but kasa is by far the best place. The whole place is quiet, calm, and the balcony has a great view and ambience. The people were very nice and accommodating. The swimming pool is clean and there’s a parking lot. The bathroom is 5 stars as it’s very clean. This place deserves 5 stars or even higher. We stayed in the junior suite. Will definitely return again.

Quick tagaytay getaway 🌆”
This place is a hidden gem in tagaytay, the whole place and the pool area really gives you this exclusive and very relaxing vibe. It might not have the taal view but the heated pool is one of their strong points,with the cold wind of tagaytay heated pools are the best!!!. I would also really like to commend their staffs, from the front desk (Princess) who is very helpful,polite and welcoming, to the guards who are so kind and easy to talk too, pool attendants and housekeeping that are always there to greet and assist you.Safety protocols against covid is strictly implemented.thumbs up for that! A Perfect stay for a quick getaway in tagaytay. we'll be back soonest! 😅

The room is the same as what is shown on the picture. Clean room and fully functioned kitchen. The pool is also clean. The attendants, receptionists and even the security guards are pleasant. All requests were accommodated. I will definitely come back here. They exceeded my expectations! I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family :)

Cozy and Clean”
We booked a junior suite but before we enter the room a guy from the front desk assisted us informing there's a fault in the room and we will be transfer to different room, they transfer us to a one bedroom suite as a free upgrade. It was clean and nice. You can cook as the kitchen has a fully equip appliances. We will definitely back soon.

I didn't notice that part of the terms and conditions was a 5pm cut-off time for check-ins. I called up their hotline, accommodated by Mike and he was understanding of my situation. We checked-in smoothly and loved our 2 nights stay. *safety protocols and cleanliness standards were on-point

2020 life saver”
It has been crazy this 2020 but fortunately for our 3 day get away for our wedding anniversary we booked here at Kasa Luntian thru Agoda and saved us from this stressful year. We were just let down because the pool was closed and we were actually looking forward to using it. Other than everything was great, the place was clean, quiet, close to everything and we felt really relaxed.

Stayed here for our wedding anniv and we had a best stay! One bedroom suite is perfect. Neat and sanitized/disinfected! Super spacious and equipped with full kitchen so you can cook during your stay. You can easily book and stay but they do not except for kids and sc yet. Pool is open just book your time of use. will definitely stay again!!

Best staycation ever!!! We have everything we need in the room, a kitchen and balcony. Super relaxing and the staffs are friendly especially Julia. Book a 1 br if you want to have a pool view. They have a jacuzzi pool which is ideal for tagaytay’s weather. Its a place where you feel calm and peaceful.

Super worth the stay, pool is by reservation, they have 5 pools in total and we got the jacuzzi pool all by ourself, fully furnished and complete kitchen tools, requested for the pool view and they gave the best pool view room for us.. thanks kasa luntian, well surely come back 🧡

We went to tagaytay just this weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Kasa Luntian was suggested to us by our friend a d trur enough this was an amazing place. It may not be as affordable as others would prefer but the staff, facilities and the ambience this olace has is truly amazing

Exceptional”
We only spent a night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was intimate and romantic cause I got to prepare dinner for THE wife. It was chilly so while the pool is an attention magnet we opted to just sip coffee and chitchat in the room. As for the staff, they’re all accommodating. The security personnel even lent me a hand diagnosing our acting up car. Thank you, KL!

Nice escape from the Metro”
The room was great. Feels like a really cool apartment. Spacious and has thoughtful designs. You can cook or heat food. There's no restaurant on-site so make sure to either bring food or buy early from restos nearby. There's a nearby 7-11. If visiting during quarantine tho, remember that Tagaytay shops close early so stock up before going to your room. The safety protocols in the place were great. They even schedule people for the pool so that you won't have to swim with other people. View from the balcony is nice and peaceful. Good value for money all in all. I recommend it!
