The response from your team was nothing short of exemplary, and I would like to specifically commend two staff members whose efforts went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Firstly, I want to sincerely thank a housekeeping staff member, Juliarta (I hope I got his name correctly), who promptly and compassionately assisted us in cleaning the bathroom after the incident. Despite the unpleasant nature of the task, he handled it with utmost professionalism and kindness, refusing to accept any tips as a token of our gratitude. Additionally, another staff member at the reception/front desk (on the December 10th 6 AM shift) went out of their way to help us by purchasing medicine at the nearest pharmacy. Their willingness to ensure we had what we needed during such a stressful time truly speaks volumes about their dedication and care for guests. Both individuals demonstrated remarkable empathy and professionalism, making us feel supported and cared for when we needed it most. These acts of kindness turned what could have been a distressing experience into one where we felt truly valued as guests. Please convey our deepest appreciation to these individuals. Suite is huge, like super huge (133m2) with large balconies. Nice view too. However everythjng shows signs of age. Taps are rigid and super hard to turn. There is no hand held showerhead, which makes it a nightmare when we have to shower for the children. Cleanliness can be better too. The bathrooms is dark and stained everywhere. The bathtub looks dirty. The extra bed provided was clearly taken out straight from the store room without any cleaning, the wheels had lots of hair stuck on them. Pillows and blankets don’t feel clean either. Breakfast was generally ok.

“Relaxing stay and kindest staff”
This was my first visit to Bali, and I couldn't recommend the Haven more. I went with my partner and mum-in-law for a much needed vacation and the staff at the Haven has been nothing but kind, accommodating and wonderful. The rooms were clean and tidy, with some of the softest sheets I have ever slept in. At arrival the staff asked if we were planning on getting tattoos, so they could accommodate dark sheets to prevent staining, which took away a load of stress of our shoulders knowing nothing would be holding us back. Breakfast every morning was a gorgeous spread of both western and Balinese delights and it just made you want to try the whole selection. The pool area felt private and secure and had ample shade even during the hotter tjmes of day. The private setting gave it a nice luxurious feeling, instead of an entertainment party center that some resorts would provide. The staff learned your names and preferences and would have excellent recommendations of dining events the hotel provided. The Balinese dinner is not to be missed with all you can eat food, excellent vegetarian options and live music and traditional dancing. Being located in Seminyak its an easy 20 minute scooter ride to Beach walk for shopping, but the walk there provides enough entertainment with sights, shops and lovely food places that surely have something for everyone. If you are planning on going as a couple, solo or a small family, the Haven will have you covered and the staff will go the extra mile for you!
