Excellent”
All seems to be fine but they have given us room in a very far bldg without any CCTVs and security guards checking full time. We've been with a stranger without lift pass which makes us feel so unsecure. Bad thing is when we inform this to the reception, the one incharge (i think an arabic lady, forgot her name) keeps on arguing with us even if we have proof already and no apologies were made by her. Very unprofessional.

Not good for short stay”
This might be good for long stay but not defenitely for a short stay. Rooms are spacious but no In room dining and no restaurants nearby. Reception is far away if the room is in a different building (building 2 or 3 or 4). No wifi in the rooms which is a major drawback. May be its the cheapest room available in al ain but I prefer to spend couple more 100 and stay in a good hotel.

New,centered & clean but the staff needs improving”
New,centered & clean but the staff needs improving as we booked 2 bedroom apartment but we were given a single bedroom so we had to relocate and our booking was for 2 nights but mistakenly the receptionist put one day so we couldn't access the room the next day

Good Location & Very Limited Facilities”
The location is really good and one very nice park is just nearby adding a value to your trip if you are travelling with kids! The reception staff were really nice and friendly as well. Facilities were very limited as WiFi is not an option in the rooms and it is only available near the reception. The room was big with nice spaces but bathrooms were not well maintained. Please add WiFi as a room facility and maintain all toilets and you will get much better ranking considering the location and staff you employed!

Free parking but it was full when reached location. Free WiFi but in lobby only. No heater in rooms ( difficult for children in winter) No water boiler in kitchen. One bathroom with wide window showing everything in it to outside!! Very helpful stuff but nothing provided for them to help in above comments.

Terrible Place Leave Well Alone!”
If you are unfortunate to be housed in building 5 beware. This building is NOT suitable for families or women customers. At night the main doorway and corridors are littered with women touting their trade. They will approach you and can be rude and badly behaved. The rooms are in terrible condition, no towels or toiletries. Beds are not hygienic and feel they need to be fumigated. Bathrooms with multiple leaks, TV has no channels, no crockery in the kitchen. Pest infestation in all areas. Furniture in lounge area badly stained, smelly and ill fitting. No water, kettle or other equipment, No means to buy food or snacks. Noticed other customers renting rooms staying a couple of hours basis.. need I say more on that point !! Prices are rediculous for what you get.. It's a zero star place charging more than 5 star hotels in the area. makes you wonder what the attraction is !!

Worst Hotel Stay Ever”
Not Recommended to Use this property as a Hotel at all. Poor Service from the Staff Very Old Furniture Apartment Equipped with fewer Amenities No Shower for One Bath One Bath Water Draining Issue with Tap & Shower Transfer Knob was not there Pillows, Towels & Bed Sheets were not enough for the Group No Room Services Done within the stay Access Card Issues. Cooker Not Working properly & it took hours to make a dish hot. The refrigerator was not cooling enough further, we received the Rooftop Apartment & they were open to the balconies couldn't Lock.

Horrible experience”
1. One had to ask for towels and kitchen utensils. Dirty glasses and rusty cutlery were provided. 2. There was a water leak in the toilet, we were promised to have somebody to fix in 10 minutes. After 2 hours we had to ask again. When it was fixed, the mess was not cleaned till we asked for that. 3. Some windows handles were broken, leading to have a chilly place; no carpet or even rugs covered the rooms’ floor. One dirty carpet was provided in the sitting area. 4. The baby cot provided was damaged and dirty. 5. Ceiling lamps had no covers with one not working. Only one old table lamp that was not working. 6. Bed sheets had blood drops. 7. Door hinges made noises when doors closed. 8. The staff also wanted to keep my ID till I check out! 9. The staff insisted to have us paying a small amount of the tourism fee (around 15 US $) before they provide use with room key. They did not care that we were tired traveling a long way from Sharjah. 10. A video was taken to document the case

Very low standard of infrastructure and facilities”
The apartment is quite dark. Besides that the staff was very helpful, it is a very awful place to stay with old furniture, super dark lighting and low standard pantry.

Our stay in Al Massa hotel apartments was average ”
We had a quiet stay there. Although the rooms were OK but bathroom and toilets were smelling bad. Lifts and entrance passage were not clean and also were not spacious. WiFi facility was not available at the Lobby and reception area. Staff at reception always appeared in hurry.
