The room is clean and tidy. The balcony provides a nice view of the city. The hotel is also near convenience stores, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this place. Ms Liezel was most accommodating and super nice! Thank you! Til next time!

I was hesitant to book for a condo since I am used to stay in hotels. Space are good for couple or trio. Location is actually good, just around the rotunda and have access for market and malls. Pay parking at 50 pesos per entry is a nice deal since you are sure have a good slot, and since most establishments can be just a few minutes walk, you wont need to use your car. View at the balcony is okay, since at night, city lights are good , samahan mo pa ng nice cold breeze. Although the bathroom and cr is quite small for a 6ftr like me, ill still give them 8/10.

Value for money. Great location. Quiet and comfortable. Just bring tissue, towel, blanket (what they provided was a thin blanket), and dont be late as they charge 150 pesos for late check ins.

We were able to stay here during Christmas. Knowing the volume of guests, we expected they would be more ready. Location-wise, it is good. Room facilities can be considered as good except for one, they do not have a smart TV, they only have a TV box but to no avail, it doesn't have any signal. The wifi is shared only with the other room, so there might be times you'll get disconnected. I do not find the caretaker approachable, a bit hard to locate and doesn't answer to any of our text messages and even phone calls. This place is good only for a place to sleep, but not to relax and unwind I may say.

Pros Maganda yung location nya, tas maganda talaga yung Lake View Okay rin na may mga gamit pangluto Mabait si Miss Angie, care taker ng room namin Con: Medjo manipis yung kumot and di nagana yung heater ng shower kaya yung electric water heater na lang ginamit namin pangligo But overall, good stay naman and maganda yung location nya :)
