Good for the night”
My family impulsively decided to sleep in Tagaytay and we booked this. The room is big, we had 3 bunk beds. The place is inside a subdivision, room is clean but the aircon is noisy. The toilet is shared with another room or you could use the one in the common area. Over all it was okay. If you need a place to stay for the night, this is okay but don't expect too much.

Feels homey with a good price”
The location is easy to find and very accessible to restaurants. The staff were all accommodating. The interiors were amusing. We loved our stay. The only downsides were the shared bathroom and that the water ran out at around 11am. Good thing all of us had taken a bath already before it happened. Overall, it was alright. We will definitely come back because it is a good deal.

Very nice place clean comfy nice hangout area we got it on agoda for a deal only 140 peso each so for us it was amazing but I wouldn’t pay full price you will be disappointed paying that needs more than two showers two toilets and could have a bit more space in the rooms other than that very nice place

Average, but Good Location”
Good Location, 4 minute walk to Olivarez Plaza, Place for the public transportation gather, The Single room is average, no breakfast provided, does not worth that much of money. overall stay experience is acceptable only.

mice crap everywhere!!”
The common areas look pretty good so we thought the room would be the same, we couldn't be more wrong! As we walked towards the room we could feel a strong smell throughout the corridor. When we opened the room door we discover where it was coming from... there was mice crap all over the floor!! Our room had a door that we thought would lead to the bathroom but we were wrong again, it lead to what it looks like they wanted to be a bathroom but they just didn't bother on finishing building, it was just a concrete room filled with bugs and more mice crap. They also offered us towels with some suspicious brown stains. The staff was very nice but overall I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, it's just not finished so they should wait until it is so to have people staying there

Creepy place, no windows”
No windows in any rooms. Staff was friendly, but property was a bit eerie, the no windows aspect was not enticing. Bad toilet/shower facilities too. We found another place to stay
