Best for group travels! Location is far but definitely worth it!”
We came from Central Luzon and spent an overnight weekend here. The central part of Tagaytay where tourist attractions are located is a 30-45 minute drive from here. But if you are planning for a staycation, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The area is secure. The place is clean in a pleasant location. Balcony view is nice.. The place is huge. It can accommodate up to 12 persons yet it won't be crowded. Optional to bring extra mattresses. Cooking and kitchen utensils are complete, with gas range, grill, refrigerator, oven, microwave. Two of the toilets are equipped with hot and cold shower. Parking area can accommodate four cars. Ma'am Josie, the owner is very kind. We had a (very) last minute request yet she was able to accommodate. The caretaker (Ms. Grace) is as well kind and very accommodating. Value for money is worth it. Again, I highly suggest this place. You won't regret it!

P lace is located about 10 minutes away from Twin Lakes. If you plan to go to Picnic Grove, that will be a longer drive. However, for those wanting to really get away from the metro and bond with family/friends, this is an ideal place to stay at. Beautiful and serene surroundings, with ample parking space for 4 cars. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas, another dining area in the 2nd floor balcony where it would be nice to chill with friends. There's a huge master's bedroom with own T/B and 3 more rooms at upper floor - 2with 2 queen sized and 1 a queen size bed. There are extra mattresses in case needed and the common area may be used as sleeping area as well. If you want space - this is the place! Communicating with Joy was a breeze, and she is very responsive. Her instruction on how to find the place was very detailed (thank you!). Grace, their caretaker, was already waiting for us when we got there. She's very accommodating and quickly responds to queries. If there is anything I can suggest, I think it would be good to have a water heater installed in upper floor's bathroom. Would be great especially on cold months. Be that as it may, this is just a minor detail. We will definitely stay at this place again when going to Tagaytay as a group. I highly recommend the place to group travelers 100%. 5 stars for sure!

We super enjoyed our stay! The house is very cozy, clean and big complete with amenities. House have 4 bedrooms big enough to accomodate a big group. Cold weather was very nice and location is great, even have a near chapel. The kids super love the house more so the adults 😁. Really nice if your looking for relaxation. Owner is very responsive and accomodating. Care taker was really nice and easy to contact when upu need her. Overall our experience was super great!

The house is awesome, big, with ample bedrooms and beds (and floor mattresses), all BR airconditioned. Kitchen is fully equipped. All corners and niches spotlessly clean. Great views (feels like you're in Baguio) from balconies and windows. AC not used due to cool climate. Lots of spaces in which to gather and chat. Easy comms with Josie the owner. Very explicit directions you can't get lost. Grace the caretaker is very nice and responsive to messages even before we arrived. Perfect for reunions.

I booked Joy’s place for a small family gathering to celeb my son’s bday away from the metro. I had some doubts on cleanliness and provisions but they were quickly gone after kuya Noel gave us the tour. Everyone all had a good time, even the young ones - they set up a small tent in one of the balconies. Highlights: Check in/out - booking to check in/out a breeze. Very well coordinated from the guard to the caretaker. Joy the Host has been very accommodating w the changes I requested Sanitation - alcohol provisioned by the entrance, all areas well kept. Caretaker - kuya Noel is superb. Hospitable, accommodating, responsive, very helpful and polite. Really gone the extra mile. Kitchen - no microwave but you’ll have all other provisions to prep a good meal, even a bbq area - just bring your own charcoal Place - very spacious, rooms all have split type a/c. Love how serene and secured the area is. Looks way way better in person. Lowlights: Maybe just the ants are also very responsive. So pay extra attention to trash and leftover food, make sure they’re properly disposed. And maybe the rubbermats in the bathrooms need changing. Lowlights mentioned are very manageable though and does not take away the great experience our family had. Thanks Joy, it was a lovely stay.

We had an enjoyable and excellent stay! Just one thing we would recommend to the owner and caretakers: Improve the security of your door locks. While away, after carefully locking and closing all the doors, someone must have entered the premises. We know that’s because when we returned, one of the doors had been left unlocked and open, a door we knew we had carefully closed and locked. Thankfully nothing was stolen or taken. Perhaps someone unauthorized has a key?
