Not worth it”
We stayed for 2 nights (group of 5). The room was not that clean, even the sheets were dirty(dusty with clumps of dirt), we texted the property manager regarding this, and asked if the sheets can be changed because one of us had asthma, but she said she was in zambales and no one can go there to do that, and that the sheets were already changed, it was very disappointing, we booked this place to relax and it only stressed us out. The kitchen was oily especially near the induction stove, as if someone has just fried food, we had to wipe it out ourselves. The aircon was not woking well, it kept on turning to a lower temp every 2-5 minutes, we weren't able to sleep well because it was always hot and there was no fan to make up for this. We've stayed in other places like this before, and it's the first time we've experienced this. Not a very good place to stay in tagaytay. Recommendations: 1. If your property manager will be on vacation, better have someone for replacement, i know it was a holiday, but if you can't have a property manager available on holidays, better not have your place rented out during these days. 2. Spot check on cleanliness. 3. Have the aircon checked. We've already set every possible mode using the rwmote but it seems that the aircon really needs fixing. Also, it won't hurt to have a fan as back up.

The best place to give praise, thanksgiving and to commune with the creator of all these magnificent creation from what you see, feel and hear. Great place to strengthen bond with the family. Praise God for the resources enabling us to be at Crosswinds. We will surely share with relatives and friends.

The place is so spacious for us and we loved that it has a veranda and complete set of things in the kitchen. Also the staff on the building is so friendly and helpful. The area is so peaceful that you can actually relax. But reminder if you want to swim at night make sure you tell them earlier before 5pm so they can still accommodate you at the pool. We will definitely come back to this place. Thank you to our host 🫶

View and location was nice. Room dark n old. Dirty and smelly room and bath. No amenities bath drainage clogged. Nights lights outside around d tower vicinity has not enough light. Overall unsatisfactory, no water and beverage amenities, no bath amenities. Not worth the money paid.

It took so long to get inside the place. Since we have our reservation there should be our names registered. The guard has to call the host to confirm. It would be nice if this would be ready . The hotel and room needs for renovation. The room smells old. Inside the room, the furniture and all inside were old. The bathroom was dirty when we came in. No amenities except only for toilet paper and used bath soap since this is a hotel , it would be nice if there will be a complete amenities. We didnt enjoy the view because the balcony is very dirty. The furniture outside the balcony were very old need for repair. The floor is very dirty and the curtain is very dirty. There is no receptionist . I thought this is considered a hotel why there is no receptionist to answer all our inquiries. The security guard was the one who will answer all your inquiries and they were not knowledgeable Its not worth what we've paid for. It was not what we've expected.
