The homestay is a two-story building with a modern design. I stayed in a double room on the first floor. The room has high ceilings and indirect lighting, so it is well-lit during the day and doesn't feel dim. The room is well-equipped with air conditioning, a dehumidifier, and amenities including face masks that are moisturizing. There is also a personal outdoor bath with iron-rich hot springs. The temperature control is a bit unstable, but overall it is comfortable to soak in. Communication with the homestay is done through Line, and they respond quickly to any questions. The only downside is that the mobile signal is weak in the mountains, so you need to connect to the WiFi. The breakfast consists of savory porridge, side dishes, fruits, and cheese, and the service is friendly. I would definitely consider staying at this hot spring homestay again.

This bed and breakfast located in Ruisui, Hualien left us with wonderful memories. It exceeded our expectations, not only with its beautiful environment and spacious rooms, but also with its large outdoor hot spring tubs that amazed us. In addition to the private outdoor hot spring, there was also a public hot spring, and since there weren't many guests, we practically had both hot springs to ourselves. It was very comfortable to enjoy a beer outside at night. Outside the bed and breakfast, there were also one or two friendly stray cats that almost made us not want to leave. This bed and breakfast was impeccable, with a clean and beautiful environment, various snacks, and even instant noodles (although we didn't end up eating them). Moreover, after the Mid-Autumn Festival, they even gave us a pomelo as a gift, which made us feel warm and cared for. The breakfast provided delicious sandwiches, fresh fruit, and coffee (or tea), and the staff's service attitude was also excellent. We will definitely visit this place again and highly recommend it to all travelers. We sincerely thank this bed and breakfast for giving us an unforgettable time!

The space is very large and comfortable. There are many mosquitoes in Hualien, but the owner helped us by lighting mosquito repellent incense at the door. The room comes with complimentary hot spring face masks, instant noodles, milk, and many other items, which is very thoughtful. We slept very comfortably.

We arrived early from our cycling adventure along the East Coast. The entire staff was very helpful and understanding and helped us checked in very quickly knowing how tired and in need for a shower we must be after a long day of cycling. The accommodation was very clean, well maintained and well explained on all the facilities and amenities that were offered. The private Onsen was a godsend for our tired legs and we used it during the night and in the morning. There was a little issue on mosquitoes in the area but we noted how the team here put effort in smoking out the pest and offered repellant during our stay. The snack bar in the room was also well equipped! The breakfast was well thought out and delicious. Before we set off, they assisted us in pumping our tyres for the last leg of our journey. We would come back to stay next time!
