Summit Ridge Hotel, Great value hotel in Tagaytay”
I stayed at the Summit Ridge Hotel in Tagaytay, Philippines for a total period of 14 days (4/6/22 to 18/6/22), utilising 2 Agoda bookings for 11 days and 3 days respectively. The initial booking was for a Deluxe Twin room which was spacious and very good. After staying in the hotel for a few days, we met the General Manager of the Summit Ridge Hotel, being Mr. Jose Marie Delgado Ouano. He then advised us that he would upgrade us to a Junior Suite for the remain der of our stay. This large spacious 2 bedroom Junior Suite was located on the 9th floor and it had stunning views overlooking the Taal lake and Volcano, plus other Tagaytay attractions. This Junior Suite had two spacious well equipped bedrooms. The master bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed, A/C, cable Tv, Safe, separate balcony overlooking the Taal Lake and Volcano. The second bedroom had two comfortable twin beds. The Junior suite had a kitchenette with stove, large fridge, micro wave oven, jug etc. There was a large spacious loungeroom with A/C, large cable tv, comfortable furniture, free wi fi plus a separate balcony which also overlooked the Taal lake and Volcano. There was also a large bathroom and toilet. The Hotel is in an excellent central location, so it is easy to travel anywhere in the Tagaytay area. The Summit Ridge Hotel is situated next to a Robinsons supermarket & a small mall which includes many restaurants and convenience stores, including : hardware, money changers, starbucks, restaurants etc. There is a large number of free carparking spaces available in front of the hotel and in the Robinsons mall area. The location and facade of the hotel is impressive, the large lobby is also grand & impressive. This hotel represents good value for money in the Tagaytay area. It is ideal for any single, couple &/or family that wishes to stay for a short and /or long vacation in the Tagaytay area. Meets our criteria”
We booked the Suite Room. I can tell that the property is not new, but the suite room that we’ve been to is quite maintained. The floors are clean, the room and linens and shelves are clean. The bathroom, is clean also. We loved the location of the hotel and the view as well. During our stay, there’s a big convention but the staff-front desk was able to assist us with our needs and requests. I love that the front desk staff remained calm despite of the volume of (some are complaining) guests on the check-in counter. If am not mistaken, Francis is the name of the front desk who helped us. We also availed the breakfast buffet. It’s not grand but you know that you’re still having a hotel type of food. We had a pleasant stay and we would come back again. I just hope that the management will maintain the freshness and cleanliness of this hotel because we really love it here.

Simply the best”
This is one of our favorites hotel in Tagaytay. Location is above excellent! There are restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and a small mall just around the corner. We always stayed in the Suite Room and so far everything is great! The bed and linens are always clean and the bathroom yes it is outdated but it is well maintained though some of the lights are busted. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating they are always willing to go an extra mile for the guests. Housekeeper are humble and polite, the restaurants staffs are jolly servers, super nice supervisor, during breakfast (buffet) we even requested to cook hotdog for my nephew who is a picky eater and they did with additional luncheon meat. The receptions are accommodating, soft spoken and well mannered. We will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you.

We spent a total of 2 weeks at the Summit Ridge Tagaytay Hotel, which consisted of two separate Agoda bookings of 11 days and 3 days respectively. The Hotel location is perfect for any traveller visiting Tagaytay, as it is centrally located to everything in Tagaytay and surrounding areas. It has amazing views of the Taal Lake and Volcano. It is situated next door to a Robinsons supermarket and shopping centre with many restaurants and convenience stores. The main foyer of the hotel is grand and the friendly staff were exceptional. We were fortunate to meet the Hotel General Manager Jose Marie Delgado OUANO who made our stay amazing. We were upgraded free of charge to a two bedroom Junior Suite on the 9th floor. The views of the Taal Lake and Volcano and general area were amazing. The Junior Suite featured 2 good sized bedrooms, a kitchenette, large living room, excellent free wi fi, 2 cable tv's (master bedroom & lounge) and many other features. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and in good condition. Based on our experience I would recommend the Summit Ridge Hotel to anyone looking to stay at an excellent hotel in Tagaytay, Philippines. I am a regular traveller to the Philippines and I will be definitely returning to stay at this hotel in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Summit Ridge Tagaytay Hotel.

It has the perfect view of taal lake. All rooms are facing the view of taal lake. The rooms are clean. We got a deluxe room and the suite for the whole family. The suite room has a spacious living room area. Will definitely come back.

Excellent Hotel...”
All staff are very friendly and courteous.. special mention to the Reception staff and the Dining room staff. Very professional and friendly. The room where we stayed is very clean though need some minor repairs on veranda railings and some painting job. ...The location is excellent. I stayed in the very close Starbucks cafe beside the hotel for a night cap., Included breakfast was sumptuous and deliciously cooked and prepared. drinks in the lobby was very refreshing, my wife and I always comeback for it as it was 34 Celsius outside. while inside the hotel is very cold, air-conditioning unit of the hotel is excellent. Thank you very much SUMMIT RIDGE HOTEL. All your receptionist deserves high commendation for their warm, friendly and very professional approach to your hotel guest. As well the waiters and waitresses in the Dining room, helpful and friendly. Truly everything was perfect during our stay. I will definitely recommend the Hotel and will surely comeback again in the near future.

Birthday Staycation”
We had an overnight staycation here with my husband and 3 y/o toddler. Our stay was definitely comfortable and the breakfast buffet was hearty. We weren't able to use the pool because of the chilly weather but at least the heated shower was working. I also appreciate the staff members who helped find our daughter's favorite teddy bear when we checked out--turns out it was hidden under the comforter so we didn't see it right away when we were packing up. Would definitely go back here if we have the chance and is highly recommended.

Value for Money and Big Room”
We stayed in Summit Ridge Tagaytay for 2 nights. The check-in was smooth. Communication with the staff was accessible. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious. However, the sink was a bit clogged. So whenever we use it, we have to wait for the water to drain. Also, the mini-ref was not that cold. There is free parking in front of the hotel and several restaurants to choose from like Starbucks, and Bag of Beans so you don't have to go far to eat. The highlight was the Taal view. We enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back in the future.

We had a pleasant time at the hotel. All the staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their location was very ideal since it was beside a supermarket/mall, there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, and public transpo is accessible. Suggestions: the breakfast buffet was great but there were barely any choices. Hope you can widen the selection. Update wi-fi router. It was very outdated and we had to reset it a couple of times for it to work again.

The best location for taal view specially if your on a high floor. Very accomodating staff and housekeeping for giving all my requests. Neat and cozy along the lounge and lobby area. Food was ok they served mostly Filipino foods. A lot of amenities for a very low price compare to the hotels around the area. With gym, garden view and outdoor pool. Accessible to a lot of restaurants and famous cafes and walking distance to Skyranch Highly recommended. Will definitely go back and stay longer. Very nice stay at the hotel with clean and big room. If you want a good view of Taal from your room this hotel is a must. Good breakfast as well. The hotel is beside the highway so it is a bit noisy at night but still 5 stars.

There were unfortunate instances like the elevators were broken due to the typhoon, thankfully may backup plan naman young hotel kaya lang medj hassle as service elevator nila there was also an instance na late na kami nabigyan ng room when I checked in, tapos nung nagfollow up ako, maling room ang binigay overall, the staff was accommodating naman and nagawan namn ng paraan lahat ng issues na nag-arise ! i also really love the location

Best classic hotel”
The hotel was visited by us for the first time. Great impression and wonderful room. Breakfast buffet fantastic, as for each taste something. Nice waiters. Summit Cafe for dining a delight. Great and super fast internet. Never experienced speeds like that, near to 40 Mbps in a hotel. Definitely we will return. One awkward thing to mention. The room had mugs and coffee for a morning coffee, but no water boiler. How to make hot water? But hey, minor issues are nearly everywhere.
