SHORT FAMILY GET AWAY”
The place is cozy and clean. You have the basic things you needed, from fridge to microwave, electric kettle, induction cooker, basic kitchen utensils & cookware. A double bed with single pullout plus a sofa bed is definitely good for a max of 4pax all adults. In our case, it was supposed to be 5pax but ended up coming as 4pax only. I think if it was the 5 of us, the space isn't going to work especially we that we are tall & big builts. Perfect for couple or maybe with a kid. Although, we didn't get to use the balcony because of leak from the ceiling, which I think the owner should consider fixing; The host is very accommodating and easy to contact. We also get to use the pool for an additional charge of 150php for 2hrs, the maintenance people are very polite & kind too. It was a rainy day when we arrived but the place gave us a good night rest since it's off from the noisy & busy streets of tagaytay hwy. All in all, it's a value for your money. Very good place. Malinis. Good facilities. Make sure you are given the authorisation letter before you go there. We had a small inconvenience Kasi we were not given the authorisation letter beforehand but their staff fixed it quickly. They will also send you details about what they don't have in Thier condo for example shampoo etc. so you'll be prepared what to bring. They have a small stash of toiletries. Very cheap, you can purchase there if wala kayong dala. Just leave your coins or pay in Gcash. Kulang Ng rug for the kitchen and also dishwashing liquid. Kung Alam Lang namin wala then we should have brought it in advance. If you need some things, Yung location is very convenient. Malapit Lang SA mga stores like 711, alfamart, and lechon manok shops. Overall, very comfortable Yung stay namin. Super responsive Yung staff nila. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Overall, we had quite a number of problems with the booking and accommodation. The bedding and pillow on the sofa bed was dirty. It reeks of dog smell. They were dirty and had dog fur. I have no problem with previous renters bringing in their fur companions but at least have good maintenance and cleaning of the place before admitting new guests. Only 1 blanket is provided despite the room being offered to house a group of 4. The door of the restroom is defective, we cannot lock it from the inside and have to use the fire extinguisher's weight to lock it. On the brighter side, there are a lot of appliances and even some games (scrabble, jenga). The room had a veranda outside. There were good appliances including a microwave oven and ref. The tv was decent to provide netflix experience and the WiFi is good as well. The problem is that there has been a weird smell in the ref and microwave probably due to them staying unused. The staff of the place (Pine Suites) is great, from the receptionist and the security guards. I just wish that we were given time ahead regarding the availability of more accessible places (SMDC Wind, etc) which are along the highway, which we were only offered when we are already in front of Pine Suites. It is then counterintuitive to go back. The place is hard to access and navigate to due to it being in the middle of nowhere. Makes you doubt because you need to cross roads in pitch black. Ceejay, the caretaker, seems to have a great personality, but she must have informed us of these better options ahead of time. I appreciated also the interior design of the place. It really looks okay and I get the scandinavian inspiration. Point is, they already have established a good place, they just need to maintain it better.

Family of 3 with 2 dogs (1 small and 1 medium dog) The place was clean and they made sure na maayos naman lahat. Medyo iba lang ang check-in time coz it’s 12 noon and check out is 10 am. Just be aware na ganto kasi di ko din masyado napansin nung nag book ako. Nothing against the owner kasi ito ang rules nila. Masaya naman kasi free net and may netflix. Mabilis ang net so the whole family was able to enjoy it. Wala silang mga toiletries to prevent allergies (something like that), which is understandable naman. They will tell you about it naman so you are aware to bring your own. We always bring our own din naman in case na ganon. No towels din. Inverter aircon so malamig na malamig talaga. Ang saya. Mabilisang pag book ito kasi we had some errands sa Tagaytay that weekend. Pets allowed. With fees. 1k ang binayaran ko for my two dogs. Overall, our stay was great.

However, my only concern was the pay parking fee, which I found to be quite expensive. It cost 400 pesos for 24 hours of stay. It was a bit of a downside to an otherwise delightful experience. I would suggest to consider offering more reasonable parking rates to enhance the overall value for guests. Despite the parking cost, I would still recommend this room for its lovely rooms and great location, as long as you don't mind the extra expense for parking fee.
