We are located at Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residences beside the rotunda. Our studio unit, 28 sqm., is perfect for families and small groups who are looking for relaxation at the heart of Tagaytay City. The area provides a view that you can easily appreciate the wonderful beauty that Tagaytay provides. The room has one double-bed with a single bed pull-out and a sofa bed that accommodates two persons. The room can accommodate 4 persons, this number includes children.

The unit is provided with 32 inch LED Cable TV. Air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan will provide comfort on warmer days. The shower has hot and cold. Provided also are refrigerator, rice cooker, electronic kettle, microwave oven and induction cooker.

Enjoy the amazing and windy view from the 18th floor with windows of the bedroom and balcony looking out to Taal. As courtesy to the next guest, you would do us a great help in keeping our unit clean and orderly and the furniture and equipment in good condition before leaving.

Guests will be personally received at the lobby where you will register and be given a set of keys for the unit. You are required to present your valid government I.D. upon check-in. Registered guests can access the swimming pool, viewing deck and kids play area. Guests are not allowed to invite visitors due to security reasons.

Our cancellation policy is strict that once the payment has been made there will be no refunds for cancellation. 9. Guests are expected to take care of all the fixtures and decorations found inside our unit. 1. Building Admin office requires a copy of your valid government issued I.D for endorsement purposes. Rest assured that this will be treated as highly confidential and will only be used to its intended purpose. 2. Check-in time start at 2PM until 9PM. Check-out time is exactly at 12nn. Early check in than 12nn or late check in than 9pm and late check out than 2pm will have additional charge of 100/hr. 8. Night Time peace & quiet period: 10PM to 8AM. 11. Dispose your garbage properly. Every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage. It must be tied up securely. 14. Lost or Damage Keys will be charge P2000. 15. Please do not forget to lock the door when going out. We are not responsible or liable to any loss. 12. Do not place your garbage in the hallways & balcony. 7. Be mindful of other guests, Do your best to ensure other guests are enjoying their stay as much as you are by being mindful of your noise level. 4. Turn off the air condition unit & other electrical appliances before leaving the apartment or when not in use. 13. Do not flush tissues/ napkins into the toilet bowl. 10. Please be advised to bring cash for security deposit (P1000). This can be refunded if there's no damage in the property and no penalty in the house rules. 6. Only registered guests whose names are on the list are only allowed to enter the unit. 3. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit for safety reasons. Unit is equipped with fire & smoke alarms for your safety. Please use the balcony or roof deck should you need to smoke. 5. Do not hang anything on balcony to avoid fine by the admin.

    “Group Staycation”

    Overall, location is okay and we enjoyed our stay. However, don't expect much on the room's space for group. They have 2 beds (1 queen and 1 sofa bed with pull out) with divider between kitchen and beds. The utensils though needs cleaning, the electric kettle and of the pan are rusting. During weekends, expect persons lining up in the elevator during check in and check out. Ate Connie, had been very helpful. She was so accommodating and friendly.

    “excellent!”

    Very nice apartment, but would have been better if there's land line for emergency and for ordering food, but overall, it was a great experience especially the location which is very near with fast foods and groceries.

    The room we stayed in is very cozy, and complete. We also enjoyed the balcony and the view. Ms. Connie the caretaker is very accommodating and very kind. The only downside is that the condominium has very limited parking spaces.
