Its clean, and the owner is very kind. They also allow us to exceed 2 hors prior to the checkout for free. The price is right. They have 2 beds and a portable mattress. Good for family

Place is clean and cozy but shower has no curtain. No closet or even hooks where you can hang some clothes. Also no stove unlike other units but there’s rice cooker and microwave. Otherwise, place is ok to stay

Reasonable price. The room was simple and clean. No closet/wardrobe cabinet. Can't connect to their WiFi. From the time na nag book ako, until nag check out at nakauwi di ko na meet personally si host.

Pros: - Location- near robinsons mall and restos where you can dine - Kitchen appliances and dishware available - microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle - Water heater/shower - Cheap overnight rate Cons: - Parking is too far- Unit is in Tower A. Need to walk 250-300m from the clubhouse where parking area is located. 150php for an overnight parking rate. - Walls are not sound proof- we can hear the noise coming from the unit above us. The unit is also facing the main road where we can hear the loud noises from the passing vehicles as early as 5am. - Not clean enough- the blankets and beddings felt a bit itchy and the floors are not well swept

Nice place with very limited parking options”
Was able to book even on a short noticed request. Host was helpful. Place is ok but cr is not that clean for me, especially the flooring and the pail. No parking space available on property and the "nearest" options were really far (as in very far, like 5 buildings away and sobrang hassle if may bibilhin ka sa labas) from the bldg and the shuttle bus is only available from 11am to 6pm. Though we were informed about the parking condition I didn't expect it to be that far. The internet connection was also unstable.
