Very good for large fams”
We are stayed in this resident only for two days with my fams (3adult and 2yrs old baby). This residence unit has prepare a queen size bed and two sofa bed and extra mattress so good for large fams same as us. And unit is very good maintained by cleaning staff and manager is very kind and friendly so we didn't feel uncomfortable. We are very recommend this residence. Very thank you and hope to see you soon again.

You will not ask for more from the owner. Everything is well planned and organized to the customers needs. Things to remember: - Bring HDMI cord so that you can connect your phone / laptop to the LED TV they have to surf netflix. - Bring Toothbrush and Toothpaste.

Booked last minute and they accommodated us!! Host is very nice and always ask if we need something. The place is 10/10 very nice and cozy. The caretaker too was very nice. I'll stay again here next time!! Overall super fantastic staycation!

Cast-a-way eind residence of Ms Bella is a great place to stay in Tagaytay. It has all the home amenities you can ask for. It also has a small veranda for coffee and tea afternoons. It is very near malls and advertised restaurants and tourist spots. The building has a sky lounge for viewing Taal lake. Parking and swimming come with fees though. Just the same this place is commendable. We shall stay here again should we decide to visit Tagaytay again!

This condotel is absolutely a real value for money, never did we stayed on such with great and complete interior. The owner is very accommodating with regards to our request and the care taker is very friendly too. We definitely be going to stay here in our future trips to Tagaytay. Recommended with 5 stars!!!

An homely and underestimated place to spend the night ”
Booked this place without even doing research. I wasn't disappointed. I was in fact impressed. Communication was top notch, caretaker and owner were efficient and the place was better than described. To describe things succinctly, this is a home away from home. Only disadvantage of the place was the far parking. Suggest to add a water dispenser or complimentary water as it was a pain to go to the convenience store at night when everything was closed. Place is highly recommended

We had a very relaxing stay. The place was so cozy and convenient. Everything was clean and above standard. The caretaker was very helpful. The only downer was the noise from upstairs and the untimely water leakage, which is beyond the unit owner's control and the property management's reponsibility. But overall, i still give it 2 thumbs up!

The room is neat. Closets are locked, no hangers to hang on clothes. I didn't see a fire extinguisher inside the unit. The view from the balcony is not taal view. Only city view because the unit is on the 3rd floor. You cannot adjust the heater in the bathroom to your desired temperature. The host didn't give much details until the last seconds. Like I pay for the parking, I'm asking where I can park, yet the host always points me to her care taker. When I called the caretaker, the caretaker rant at me, she thought I was the guest who left things in the room and the caretaker was so annoyed. Not a good start for the day. When I asked the host, the host rant saying that she already set up everything, i should trust her, everything is smooth. But in fact it wasn't. The guard put us on hold because I can't answer what unit we will stay in. I asked the host days before our check in but she didn't answer what unit. I was again put on hold at the parking lot because the host and caretaker, they only told us to go to tower 4 and present my parking fee payment. Upon arriving at the parking lot, the guard asked us what parking slot number, i don't know. My host said that everything is already set up, but it wasn't. The host always points me to her caretaker. Her caretaker didn't give full information on one time asking. You have to ask everything, from time to time. I expect more from the host since she told me that everything is already set up. I will not book again.
