A hotel with "brand new" facilities ”
Though it was only for overnight, my family enjoyed their stay at Sierra Traveller's Inn. Gerry San Diego, one of the hotel staff, was very helpful -- offering the tel. no. of Jollibee (a fastfood great loved by kids with a branch in Tagaytay City) for breakfast the following. He even went out of his way to be of help to my husband who that morning suffered from terrible headache. As requested by my husband, Gerry bought the necessary medicine outside the hotel to be of great help. He truly is very accommodating. The hotel is very near to the retreat house (Angels Hills)where I stayed for talks for the San Roque Parish-Mandaluyong's Marian Youth Camp. I am truly very lucky for choosing Sierra Travellers' Inn for my husband and 2 kids to stay while I was in the retreat house. My only a little negative comments is that I was looking for the basketball court as indicated in the agoda website since my son was looking forward to it. The used-to-be basketball court is now the parking lot of the hotel.

Our Quick Tagaytay Getaway”
Staying at Sierra Traveller's Inn was a good experience. Dealing with the staff was a breeze as they were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were large enough to house my family, clean and nice smelling comfort rooms too. They need to improve on the parking space, though. But besides that, my experience with this inn was A+. Kudos to Anna and Jerry for making our stay worthwhile.

A Cozy Inn With A Strategic Location”
Pros: Smooth check-in and out. The receptionist was kind and definitely knows her job. The rest of the staff are nice, too! Can't help but notice that they all smile back all the time. They are in the best location relative to where we came from and where we went around Tagaytay City and Alfonso. It basically is in the middle of everything. There is enough parking space for the guests. The place is cozy and serene. We also liked the room that was assigned to us as we had our own veranda. :) It was also convenient, given that we had our toddler with us. Cons: The shower pressure was inconsistent but it's not really an issue. They only had instant 3-in-1 coffee but, again, it's not a problem. So overall, we enjoyed our 1N stay here and would definitely like to book again.

Will consider staying again when in Tagaytay.”
We definitely enjoyed the quietness of the place. My partner was able to sleep through the day because he came from night shift work before he joined us in Tagaytay. He approved of the place and the privacy. The little one was quite disappointed because wifi is weak and could not get a good connection. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Value for money - Room is big enough and clean. Place is quiet, near city proper and a church. Staffs - Approachable and helpful. Location - is accessible even for commuters! No need for special fares on tricycles as jeepneys and buses usually pass by because it's along the main road. :) It's also near Pink Sisters church. Facilities - There's heater in the CR which is working, and is easy to use. Not sure if the problem we experience with the TV is due to cable provider problem or with the TV itself. Had no problem with the wifi connection. Also, I think it's better if they have a copy of their menu on each room since they serve food and drinks. Wished they had hair dryer.

Overall relaxing experience and good place to unwind”
The place has good ambiance, very clean rooms, peaceful and quiet environment, fresh and unpolluted area and you can actually feel at home with their seating area at the lanai just in front your room/s. The staff were very accommodating and considerate (considering we checked in 1:00am) and they even adjusted the fee for the other room we checked-in because of the check-in time and number of occupants. Although location is quite inaccessible for new comers, there are lots of means of transportation which can take you to the place from the city proper.

Small but Clean”
Booked a deluxe room thru Agoda and confirmed it to the inn thru text. The staff was responsive to texts/calls. The inn is along Aguinaldo Hiway just turn to the street traversing Pink Sisters and Angel's Hills. We got confused along the way cause the map shows it is near Olivarez Rotunda, later we found out that there are two Sierra inns. There is one near Pink Sisters and the other one is near the Rotunda. Our room is small yet clean. No intercom and TV is only CRT. They have free wifi, the signal is good during nighttime. No Taal views. No free breakfast and complimentary drinks but everything can be ordered at the receptionist for an affordable price. We're almost out the whole day so we never minded. The staffs are attentive and accommodating. This inn is ordinary, quiet and you get what you pay for.

Our stay inTagaytay for a wedding”
We generally enjoyed our stay at the Sierra Travellers Inn. There are some points to mention; it said Bed & Breakfast but there was no breakfast provided. The staff provided us with boiled water for coffee etc. Some rooms do not have en-suite bathrooms but use shared facilities, worth checking before you book.

Economy Hotel with Hospitable Staffs.”
A very affordable hotel to stay to, the staffs were very hospitable and friendly to us. If we had found this hotel sooner, maybe all of us might had checked-in. We will definitely come back to this hotel/inn, and will definitely enjoy the next stay and the next stay.

It's a decent place to stay”
It was pleasant. It's a very simple, no frills inn. We picked it for its location being near the church and retreat centers which was the main purpose we came to Tagaytay.

Accommodating staff”
One of the cheapest inn to stay in Tagaytay. The rooms were clean and big enough for us. There were no cabinets so we just hanged our clothes at the back of the door and left our baggage on the floor. The comfort room was also okay, there was strong running water with hot shower. There was enough parking space for the guests. Breakfast was so-so. Staff were very accommodating and courteous.

Great Service”
First off, there may be some wrong information on the booking page of this inn. We booked the deluxe room because it said that it had one queen and two single beds; but when we arrived we were informed that it only had one queen and is only good for two people. Despite this, they still gave us the room we needed because there were five of us. We arrived close to midnight, and they still accommodated us without any additional charges. Would come back 10/10

Home away from home”
You get what you pay for. Basic amenities in a room but its okay since its not overpriced. The staff were very courteous, check in and check out were a breeze. They even allowed us for a late check out up to 8:00 pm! Only negative I can think of is that the inn doesn't have its own and back-up water supply so when the water company didn't supply water, we were without water supply for 3 hours. Would definitely stay here again
