I booked 3 rooms for a group. Non of the rooms were ready for check in. Ok so not a big deal had some food and drinks. 2 hours later finally checked in but was charged tax on all 3 rooms and had to pay each seperately !! Receptionist didn't really seem trained very well. I booked a breakfast and evening meal for 6 people but they told me they dont do this so an hour later was still trying to sort this out after speaking with someone higher so not the best start took 3 hours! Rooms not cleaned very well to add to that. On a positive note the resort was very nice location nice pool and bar staff.food was good breakfast plenty of choice and dinner was lovely.still had the confusion with paid dinner after our food which I had been assured was sorted out! Service at dinner was very slow but lot hotels are this way in samoa but staff nice enough.would not stay here again.
We stayed one night at Sheraton Beach after landing in Samoa. We enjoyed our dinner here and the view (not the best in Samoa, but pretty good considering it's right next to the airport). Breakfast is quite impressive with many options. Taste-wise it was okay. The rooms are nice and spacious. There was a bit of an issue with the drains. The water would not go down the drain fast enough in the shower leading to water building up and standing in a pool of it. I still recommend the Sheraton (Beach) as a nice place to stay by the airport. There are much nicer areas to stay in if you're visiting Samoa though! Don't miss Savai'i and the South Coast of Upolu!
Perfect location if you want to be close to the airport and the Mulifanua wharf to go to Savaii. We stayed here for one night before flying home the next day but I wish we stayed longer. The rooms are spacious and clean, and their staff were so lovely, probably some of the best service we have had on the island. Great pool area for the kids and a beautiful view out to the ocean.
Spent 2 nights here at the end of the holiday expecting luxury. Rooms nice & great internet. Stormy weather meant that pool & beach were closed the whole time. Staff had no appetite to raise blinds between stormy episodes & the view from the restaurant towards the lovely pool & sea was obstructed. Pool never cleaned in anticipation. Restaurant staff excellent & food very good. Felt that other staff weren’t happy in their jobs & didn’t understand what travellers want or need at all. Gym & sauna nice but towels run out & take 3+ hours to be replaced. Expensive place to stay without access to facilities due to the weather. Other hotels still clean their pools during stormy weather & allow swimming. Would not stay here again during rainy season but maybe for one night for airport convenience is worth it. Airport shuttle WST16 pp (4km, 7 mins drive) is helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were amazing, very friendly and kind and welcoming and helpful, not one staff member was unkind. The buffet breakfast was decent lots of options, just wanted more tropical fruit! The rooms were spacious and clean, we had a broken shower head but wasn't a problem my husband did a bit of diy and we were good to go! and beautiful ocean view. Some areas are a bit run down but nothing terrible. The resort is a bit out of the way so we ended up eating at the resort restaurant, food was ok but overpriced. Would definitely stay here again.
