This is a very clean hotel with nice rooms. Tea kettle, safe, mini fridge, decent TV. Nice bathroom amenities. Friendly staff. It is in a very convenient location.

My Stay Was Mixed Bag”
The light system was controlled by the push button style panels, which were hard to figure out . Large screen TV. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Useful refrigerator, and coffee/tea service No hot water at all during five days. AC remote stuck in on position. Front desk not manned 24 hours. Lobby restroom locked. Best feature to me was there were six parking slots in parking garage which were useful as it rained every day. Despite shortcomings I do plan to return.

Serenti is quit cost effective”
The front desk is quite friendly and provides the guests with a fast check-in. The room is clean, comfortable and relaxing. In my opinion, the location of Serenti is the best, just near the DFS, I love Saipan store and restaurants (also, it is relatively far from those "spas"). I love this hotel because it gives us a really good place to rest after all day's play. The only pitty is that, the view outside the window is blocked by the casino. We don't mind though.

I had such a pleasant stay at Serenti hotel as all the staff were friendly and the room was clean. More importantly great location!! I would love to stay there again if I revisit Saipan in the future. :)

Location location location.”
Less than 1 minute walk to shopping. Located right across the star sand plaza, aka I Love Saipan shop. Also DFS mall and ABC store are in walking distance. Joeten mart is close, too. On top of that, as you can see in the map, about 5 minutes walk to the beach through Piesta resort. Bubba Gump restaurant is at the 1st floor. indoor parking lot in the back of the building sharing with the restaurant. Although a huge construction site was active during my stay, I couldn't hear a noise in the hotel room. But the hotel is located along the street so there was some road noise such as police siren sometimes. The building was brand-new. I liked the facility. Safe elevator with electronic key to select only your floor. The room had independent air conditioner, hairdrier, tv, refrigerator and safebox. Like all other hotels, daily sized amenity was provided such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable razor, haircap, and toothbrush (with small paste). But be aware that there is no swimming pool or gym, which I didn't want in exchange of the value of money. Staff was very helpful and very kind alway. Lobby area was small but not crowded. Overall, I recommand this hotel unless you need a resort. Great for going tours during the day, and shopping in the evenning around the walking distance.

When compared to a number of other options on the island, this hotel had spacious, clean, "new" feeling rooms (don't know when hotel was actually completed). Bed was comfortable, toiletries were there. Very easy access to beach or the strip of Garapan with restaurants/tourist shops, etc. Friendly staff that was accommodating of my request related to extending a night (moved me into a new room early so I didn't have to check out and then in later). Would stay again.

Great place to stay for vacation ”
At first I was a bit skeptical of the place since I booked online and it only cost $86/night. I was thinking it wouldn't be the greatest place to stay but it's what I could afford. Much to my surprise it's a great place to stay. Room size is perfect for just my wife and I. It was clean, the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and came with coffee and water. The location isn't too bad only because there was some construction going on but I'm sure that'll clear up in due time. It's located walking distance to the casino and most shopping areas in Garapan. It has a great restaurant downstairs that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'd definitely recommend

Very nice”
Enjoyed our stay. We got to the hotel early in the morning and they told us that our reservation wouldn't be available until three pm. Given that we wanted to get settled and assemble some photo equipment, we asked if they had a room available, could they swing a deal to check in early. They did have a room, but insisted that we pay a full day. Might have been better business to charge us half. Good hotel though, and right in the middle of downtown. I'd stay there again.

Just whats needed”
Considering in Saipan theres a lot to see, and you should mist of your time outside, this new hotel is basically what you need. Ni amenities as pool or beach front. But just basic facilities. Clean big room, good shower. At its price range is totally fine. If you want to spend all time in a fancy pool and hotel beach. This is not for you. Staff was accommodating too.

This is truly a very nice small hotel. The staff is totally accommodating and you will always find a pleasant smile along with the desire to assist. The facility is located in the center of town, a walk to restaurants and shopping. My room was large and had great air conditioning and a good coffee/tea pot. The price was great too. Steve 6/21/19
