It only took us 5-15mins aways from different main attractions in Tagaytay. Staffs are very accommodating. Very clean environment. Suggestion for lowered cars, take the next street. Lowered cars have a challenge on their street.

very nice stay. A little bit outside of Tagaytay, but we had a car, so no problem at all. Typical filippino breakfast is served in the morning. The rooms are simple but clean, same with the shower and toilet.

Quiet and Relaxing Place”
You get what you pay for. Our room was rather clean and spacious :) Bathroom was spacious too. There's parking lot which is a big plus. The location is not too far from town proper and not too far from main highway. I can see e trikes going in and out of the street so I think commuters won't have a hard time. They serve Filipino breakfast, another plus for the amount we paid for :) There were few cons, like bad tv reception, wifi wasn't working but we did not mind. We were not there to connect to wifi all time and watch tv 😂. Will I stay again, YES!

Not for long stay”
Pros: Room was spacious. With a small table and chair. Breakfast was okay and filling (corned beef, egg and rice, coffee). Bed was big. Location-wise, it's on a side street along the Sta. Rosa highway. A few kilometers away from the epicenter of Tagaytay. Cons: Wifi was not working when I stayed in Selber. When asked when it will be fixed, the caretaker said that they were advised it will be fixed the following week. I booked this property because of the reasonable price and the wifi. I was planning to stay in the room all day to do research work. As I wasn't able to do that, I just watched TV. The TV is already old (box-type), and despite having cable channels, the antenna is already defective. Some channels hardly show any pictures--only static. Aircon needs time to cool, but it does get cold. The bathroom facilities are dated; faucet needs replacing. The entrance door knob needs replacing as well; I had to ask the caretaker to open the door for me because I can't get through using the key they provided. Location-wise, I had no phone signal in the room. Hardly any signal outside as well. So even if you'd like to use mobile data, it barely works. If you don't have plans of staying in the room all day and using wifi, price-wise, this is still okay. But check other properties first.

They did not have WiFi - do not be fooled. This is very crucial and they should remove this from the description as it should lower the price of the accommodations. However the stay was overall cheap and the location is very near to the markets and main attractions. The tenant was very nice and accommodated requests such as cleaning, food reheating and a short extension to wait for my ride. The place was clean and had a bathroom with water heating. The place does need more furniture and a better TV. All in all it was okay. If I knew someone who would be fine with a two-day stay for a low price it would be a good choice. Still, there are definitely better options out there. 3.5/5

The room is big enough for our kid The staffs are really nice and very accommodating. The location is excellent because it is very accessible The only thing they need to improve is the aircon, the heater and wall paint, then it'll be perfect. Above all, it's pretty good for a low budget staycation with a 3 year old kid Thanks

Very accommodating, we requested for early check-in but ended up coming in at 5pm. Host was very accommodating and even provided towels and toiletries on request, and even offered to buy water for us. Wi-Fi speed was okay but it was there.

Not a good place to stay”
This hotel was our last option since we only had last minute plans in going to Tagaytay. There is no security guard in the hotel. Our room needs to be improved. Hot shower did not work. No lobby or reception. The caretaker is staying in the house next to the hotel. It is also far from the center. Will not stay in this hotel next time. For our money, we can get a better place to stay in the area.

A place to crash”
It was not much. It promised wifi but there was none. It was good location, by the Main Street, but other than that it had roaches and other disgusting animals.

we booked in advance through agoda but when we arrived there the place was already fully booked. they gave us an alternative room just opposite the street. unfortunately the room was very bad with cockroaches, mosquitoes, very bad matraz, and very noise roof. and the blankets smelled bad.

배낭 여행객이었는데~ 근처 있는 숙소 거진 다 비슷해요~ 조식 괜찮았고, 직원분 서비스도 정말 좋았습니다. 물 잘 나오고 에어컨도 괜찮았어요~ 다만 아쉬운건 위치가 시내 쪽이랑 조금 멀다는거...!!
