Saipan Family Residence is an apartment style tourist residence prioritizing the needs of the many families that visit Saipan. Each of our newly renovated 2-bedroom units come with 1 queen and 2 supertwin beds, full-length couch, aircon, flat-screen TV with Netflix, and family-ready kitchen.

We are located in the residential area of Chalan Kanoa. LJ's Store is across the street and within a minute's walking distance from our gate, and a laundromat is within three minutes' walking distance in the other direction. It's a 5-minute drive to shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, landmarks and the beach (including Joeten Shopping Center, 360 Revolving Restaurant, World Resort, PIC). It is a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Garapan.
