Extremely Clean and great value ”
SMDC Wind is a premium condo complex in the best location in Tagaytay. Romjul's place is well appointed, a very nice size, and extremely comfortable. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement is a better quality mattress; although you will sleep just fine on the one provided. Romeo himself is extremely friendly and always replied to my messages promptly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tagaytay.

Pleasant and relaxing stay”
We had a great time staying at Romjul's place. His pad was clean and smelled good, everything was functional, the great view, netflix access and private parking were an added bonus. Romjul (host) was easy to talk to and responded promptly to questions. Also his coordination with housekeeper was superb! Looking forward to staying here again for a longer stay in the future!

Value For Money”
Best place for a quick getaway to Tagaytay. Space is good enough for a small family of 4. There are rice cooker and microwave oven for reheating food. There is also purified water for drinking available in the unit. My son enjoyed watching Netflix and YouTube on the TV in the bedroom. The parking slot at the building itself is available for added convenience during your stay. Sir Romy is a very accommodating host. He himself met with us to check us in.

Excellent Location, Superb convenience”
Sir Romy is a very nice and accommodating host. His unit has a very good Wifi connection, it has 2 TV’s (bedroom and living room), the Bedroom TV has Roku TV Box so my 2 yr old son can watch his fave cartoons. He was crying when we left because he doesnt want to leave yet! Wind Residences has a very convenient location, his unit tower is located just a building away from SM Hypermarket with several shops and restos outside. He even has his own parking space in the basement so Five stars for this!!! (otherwise you will park at the Clubhouse which is far or park at the Per hour parking in front of Wind). I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this place!

Clean place with perfect location”
Stayed overnight at this place and off the bat i can say the coordination with the owner, Romy, was a breeze. The unit is very well maintained and is fully functional. Wifi and netflix made for a perfect staycation experience. The caretaker, Lita, was also very accommodating. Thank you for the excellent accommodation!

Clean place”
Unit is very clean, nothing fancy in the interiors, but you have everything you’ll need. It even has a filtered water, no need to buy bottled water. They have 2 TVs, WiFi. Based on my need, plus is that they have their own parking space in the same tower. Otherwise, you have to walk far to the open parking behind the clubhouse. Simple unit, but highly functional.

Cozy and homey stay at another SMDC property.”
Communication with the owner and the caretaker was excellent. The unit was just the right size for a couple. Toiletry, towels, and linen were provided. Drinking water was free-flowing. Parking was available for a price. As with other SMDC properties, expect a long queue during registration at the lobby and another long queue at the elevators. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will book the same place next time. Thank you, Romeo.

Very Good Choice except...”
The place is very much recommended. Unit staff was very courteous and accommodating. The unit itself is clean and organized. However, unit's title says "...own parking" which is quite deceiving since it didn't refer to any private covered and near parking slot. We had to park in a public parking near the clubhouse which is some half a kilometer away from the building for a fee...

We experienced small delay when about to go to the unit because of the need of clearance first from the registration officer. I was told that the unit is on holding list because of some violation. I feel worried that we may not able to stay in the unit . Finally, we get the clearance. Hooray! Over all it was a good stay and we enjoyed the place the amenities of the unit especially the wifi and netflix and of course the unlimited purified dringking water.

Excellent Stay at Romjul's Place.”
We loved the place, very homey. The place was clean and spacious. Everything you need for a pleasant vacation was provided even the purified drinking water and toiletries. Check in was easy and hassle free. Location is great. It's along the main road and walking distance to Robinsons Supermarket and Sky Ranch. Parking at the back of the clubhouse is quite far from the building but there is a shuttle provided by SMDC for everyone. This place is highly recommended.

The owner and his staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was actually hesitant at first because traveling during this time is very hard. But the owner sent me pictures that they sanitize their unit with a UV sanitizer which is plus points. They have rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator and electric kettle. Just ask the owner if you can bring your own cooking wares or burner. But overall we had a great stay!

The owner is accomudating. Venue is near robinson summit. Theres a lot of near food restaurant. Near starbucks and bag of beans. Good for staycation. They have good faculities. Good for 2 to 3people. Water pressure is good also. Value of money and parking is good.

Great Place ”
This place is really great. Me and boyfriend had a wonderful time. We will surely come back and recommend it to other people. The owners are the best. They even offer to give a ride going to Cavite after our stay but we cancel it due to some changes in the schedule. You won't regret getting this place. God bless to the unit owner.
