We booked 5 rooms and family suite, some of the reception staff were professional but some of them need to be educated. Pool very very very can’t imagine how busy, there should be more restrictions about numbers off ppl. There is no coffee and tea, hot boiler but I spoke to gentleman at room service and after some discussion he agreed to provide some coffee and tea if I order anytime for free when u call. But other person refuses to To accept my prefer and he was rude ... + it take 25min for coffee to deliver to my room +it’s was cold

i really loved my the stay, but i have some comment: - the room was super cleaned expect the exterior windows. -the hotel has a private beach "azure" and its tending right now, the bad news is all the sun bed are RESERVED , and the hotel didnt save a share for his hotel guests. - i couldnt use my member ship with rixos due to the hotel is still not connected with the rixos chain -the pool bar and resturants dont accept adding the pill on the room, as well as i cant go to the beach with my wallet. over all its was nice stay, just need some time. thank you ❤

Hotels is fantastic, however, certain parts could need improvment Pool - Not connected to Hotel. So make sure you take ID/CreditCards or Cash so you can buy drinks. You cannot charge to the room! Breakfast - gets very busy and queue for egg station is crazy. Could do with a larger area for this. Rooms - Great Design, although for a new hotel (6-7months old) things already falling apart (not drastically). AC off, still blowing air/bath rooms/ water spills out of shower area. In room dining - be prepared to wait. took 30mins to get Ice to room, no ICE rooms on each floor. Plus they charge for ICE. Note prob charge for everything you ask for. Overall Good stay. 7/10

For the money we paid the facilities and service was appalling. Bathroom amenities for 2 when there were 3 people staying. The 3rd bed was not set up until we rung down. Plug sockets were not working in our room. Room cards not activated properly. Inattentive staff at the pool/beach. We had to find our own beds which was a nightmare because it was packed. Once we found beds no one asked if we wanted food or drinks. We went up to the bar area ourselves and even then the bar staff were too busy chatting up guests oppose to serving drinks.
