    Relaxing stay in calm hotel”

    The apartment hotel is very well located next to a park, and close to the beach and shops. Just 5 min to the airport bus stop. The apartment we rented was big and spacious (it was 1 bedroom, living room and kitchen) with a long terrace. Enough light and not too hot. The kitchen had all the equipment needed, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, fridge etc.
    The property offers a so called Comfort package, where you get your beds made before arrival and end cleaning. In fact, the difference is only in the beds made before arrival, and that you don’t have to clean the floors. So you know what you get for 65 euro extra.

    It&#39;s a very good location, beautiful park and playground great for kids! Beautiful beach 10 minutes walk.
    You need to change bed sheets, wash the floor, clean kitchen and bathroom or be charged 50+ euro extra. At checkout we have been charged 14eur city tax which was already included in Bookings price. Cleaning service refused to give us one extra toilet paper. No hair dryer available so take one with you.

    Big apartment, perfect for the family with walking distance to the beach.”

    Great location, only two blocks away from the beach and about 5 minutes to the centre of Juan Le Pins. Nice Garden with seating areas and a Park with play ground next door. Breakfast was good, but a bit to expensive. The apartment itself is quite big, with a very nice balcony that overlooks the garden below.
    The duvets are not of a very good quality though and it would be nice if they could get proper duvets with better bedding. The sleeper couch in the living room is Ok for children, but for adults it is not the most comfortable bed.

    Excellent séjour à Juan les Pins”

    Résidence bien située, proche des commerces et beaucoup de choses à voir dans les environs (à condition d&#39;avoir une voiture !). Les appartements sont vraiment spacieux, très propres et bien équipés. Le garage est vraiment indispensable. Notre T3 au 7° étage bénéficiait d&#39;une vaste terrasse mais la météo de décembre ne nous a pas permis d&#39;en profiter, il faudra revenir !
    Le lave-vaisselle rinçait très mal pas donc inutilisable... Sinon rien !

    le personnel très gentil la résidence est très jolie l’emplacement était parfait également un très grand appartement, grande terrasse, une grande cuisine tout etait parfait et génial et le rapport qualité&#47;prix était très bon aussi je recommande et je reviendrais !
    juste qqlques points positif, a l’arrivée nous devons faire les lits si nous payons pas 50 euros en plus et le départ se fait au plus tard a 10h (c’est dommage) sinon rien à dire :)
