Comfortable choice for relaxing stay”

It is my 3rd time that I am staying here in Reina staff specially Munir Is very cooperative. Rooms are very large and comfortable with heater facility. Very comfortable location nearby melody food street, mart and blue area is like walking distance. Very quite and relaxing environment. Only drawback is that they dont have food but you can call foodpanda anytime of the day without any restrictions and hotel also provides breakfast and tea. Loved the place

I stayed 3 days at reina hotel g6 and my stay was very pleasant, the staff and manager were very courteous. The rooms were clean along with bedsheet and pillows. the location is ideal as its in center just behind blue area

There was no signboards to confirm its really Reina Boutique one has to ask ppl to confirm the location rest staff was very friendly and helping hotel badly needs maintenance as many things were broken and out of order rest usually 1 or 2 bottles of welcome mineral water that are available in room are usually complementary but they were charged even which was a bit disappointing rest hotel was being renovated so exemption is given to these shortcomings i hope they will improve in coming future and will be more hospitable

Rude staff”

The guy in reception was so rude, kept us waiting for a long time, and when he is back to his job that was a receptionist was pretending like the owner and asked lots of questions. Those who are on a business trip or with a female colleague they will interview you and finally say we cannot give you the room and go find somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend this place because of unprofessional and rude staff. The worst place I have ever visited in Islamabad.

the location is very sad ... the person who opened the gate did not know that he had a reservation the place reeked of food and the receptionist treated badly there is no education I do not recommend that place at all
