Booked with Agoda, but you have to pay cash upon checking-in, which is a bummer, because I wrote down my credit card with Agoda. It's a hassle if you don't have cash with you. But the place is clean with good service. I enjoyed staying in their veranda with the group. The place is quiet and have hot water. The parking is at the back, and it is an inclined road to go there. Convenient, because Andoks and 7-11 is just walking distance.

This hotel is on the top or edge of ridge ---- with great views of the lake & the crater & the islands Its often a little bit pricey but the location is great, & you can take transport down to the lake for boat rides across the water to the island Since the volcano erupted recently destroying the village on the island, mo one is allowed to land yeat on the island since the eruption However the views of the destroyed houses, the volcano & the ash covering the former forested areas is awe inspiring & there are still smoke & steam vents from the volcano ....& small steam jets escaping at other places visible ☆☆☆ DONT SWIM in the water ☆☆☆ ...its dirty with pollution from the fish farms ---- i went for a quick swim near the island, it was beautiful ....but later i had a cough or runny nose

The room assigned to us is located in another building not in the picture shown in the website. How safe the place is one of my fear since it is open to all with no security personnel or front desk. But over all, the room is so clean and comfortable and staff is very accommodating

If you are looking for a simple, and clean place to stay in order to recharge, request for a room with a view of Taal Lake and Volcano. The room that I got had a nice terrace with a table and a couple of chairs with an awesome view. The location is also quite ideal because it is not close to the hustle and bustle of the City Center of Tagaytay. The hotel is located near the access road to CALAX. Excellent value for money.

Its my 3rd time to stay at this property and I always delighted everytime I stay here. Staff are very accommodating and polite. The property is clean and perfect for a quick short stay in the tagaytay area. Location wise is very accessible to restaurants, shopping and cant beat the view for the price. I would definitely stay here next time we have a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of Manila.

If you want to relax, this is one of the best places you’d wish to stay in. The staff are very nice. There’s parking. There’s access to mini stores and food places. The place itself has a restaurant. The view of Taal is breathtaking. Spacious. Quiet place.

Great Stay”
We arrived at night and unfortunately there were no available rooms in the main property. We were assigned a room in an adjacent property where Kaye Ryan Grill is. However the rooms there were smaller and looked older, plus the AC was making a loud sound :( that could affect your sleep. The ff day we asked to be transeferred to the main property and the staff graciously accommodated our request. So make sure you are accommodated in the main property. All in all, the place is clean and quiet plus the staff are friendly. Don't expect much on amenities like TV, AC etc. But at least the water heater is working. The location is good too. There is a nearby convenience store and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay due to the most accommodating staff. The room was spacious and nice, the cheapest you can find in Tagaytay. Best if you have a car since the location is quite far from malls and restaurants. Wished they had a comforter since it's quite cold in Tagaytay. Overall, it has the best value for money.

I love how it's situated just across Tagaytay Sta Rosa Road. Very accessible from SLEX/CALAX. The view is also perfect. They have a balcony at the back where I seated and worked for hours. Our bookingdoesn't include Breakfast, but Tagaytay Market is just across the road, so it isn't an issue at all. Would definitely be back here with the rest of my family.
