Stayed at the family room for 3 days 2 nights — overall experience is great. Value for Money - Worth every penny. It's a decent hotel to stay at. Really cheap considering it's location. Location - We came from province and the hotel is easy to find. It is located in EDSA, near Cubao MRT Station. There are malls, restaurant and coffee within the vicinity of the area. Cleanliness -The bed is clean as well as duvet cover. We are able to sleep comfortably inside the room. Moreover, The hotel can work to improve the cleanliness of the room. There are no bathroom rug and very small garbage bin. There are small cockroach inside our room. The towels are not so clean, it looks a bit worn out but good thing it doesn't have a foul smell. We stayed for 2 nights however our room wasn't cleaned by the housekeeping, we pressed MUR button but still no cleaning. Staff - They are nice and welcoming. The guards helped us in bringing our luggages. Smooth check in process, only took 5 mins of waiting. Front desk is Friendly and has good tone of voice. All of my questions are answered by the front desk. At the breakfast bar - I asked for Hot water and the staff immediately brought it in our table (thank for that 🙂). Facilities - The hotel has a nice and cozy lobby. Elevators are working properly. We aren't able to use the pool since it is on maintenance (but we are ok with that). Breakfast bar can improve their food selection, I hope they have cereals and milk for kids. The room that we stayed at has a nice city view, showers have great pressure. Toilet is clean and has a bidet. I hope that you can add more toiletries. Thank you so much Red Hotel for a great experience.

We stayed in the hotel for a few hours only as we needed a place to stay that will be very near to the bus terminal going to the province. Check in around 9pm and check out at 4am. Front desk officer was very polite and friendly. The room was clean, although I think a bathroom rug should be considered as it is very slippery when wet. Location is ok but kind of dangerous also as when you step outside, there are several street beggars sleeping on empty carton boxes. Hope next time we can enjoy the pool and spa; also the breakfast. Might check in again some other time.

Location might be a little off to others but dont worry and dont judge the hotel yet. It is very different when you get inside. The interior of the hotel gives a very luxurious ambiance. They have indoor pool (towel in the pool is different you need to rent it for 50 pesos each) and an in house bar at the rooftop. I really love the la muse restaurant its perfect!!! they really surpas my expectation. Its a fine dinning experience! I booked our stay for a very affordable price, 3k for 2 nights comes with buffet breakfast for 2 (we add 150 for our 4yr old child, total of 300 for two days) and honestly i wasnt expecting for them to be great with their service, the room or anything. But then our stay really felt wonderful, the room is sooo nice, clean and pleasing. The service from staffs were great and they are all professional, they will really treat you like a VIP. Our stay here made me realize that you doesnt really need to spend a lot just to have a well deserved vacation, you can still have such great experiences even in an affordable price. Or total expense is about 4k but no greater than 5k. You can also walk to the nearest mall you will just have to cross to the other side via overpass and there is also a nearest 7/11. Highly recommended!!!
