2nd time still perfect!”
During my stay this second time, I just booked the same day because I left my previous hotel due to disappointed and i was shocked that the room i booked was with pool access! Oh my gosh! Saved the day! I was very happy and pleased! No hassle during the check in, staffs were always accommodating. The room still looks new, clean and comfortable. I still wished they would change with curtains or at least put tinted film on the sliding doors for some privacy. Nevertheless, I will still book here again and won't try any other hotel again in tagaytay because most of it is old.

Great staff and very clean rooms”
We arrived at the hotel early, and was told that check in time is still at 3pm. I asked if we could check in early even if we are to add payment. But the front desk, a girl, that time, told us that we can try again at 1pm as there might be available rooms by then. So we waited by their resto for more than an hour. And then tried to check in at 1pm. We were a bit tired that time. So parang cranky na yung mood. It was a good thing this concierge, named Ray, was very helpful and VERY friendly. He was able to accomodate all our requests upon checking in. (Take note, mejo irrate na ko nun. Pero friendly pa dn sya) so kudos to you Ray and also to Quest Hotel. You train your staff well.

The room is clean, the bedsheet smells good. There are no cabinets, but we dont mind it. The pool is clean too, its not crowded but maybe because the pool water is quite cold, the lifeguard is kind and helpful. Its not buffet breakfast, but it’s a complete set. We will go back here again.

Came across Quest Hotel as I was checking for a nice place to stay in Tagaytay via Agoda. Little did I know, my credit card has been saved and so I accidentally booked. Initially, got frustrated but glad we pushed through with it. All the staff are nice specially EJ from the reception who have been so nice and patient with me, manager Richard who took the time off to welcome us and ensured we have everything we need, their lifeguard (sorry we forgot to get his name) who stayed with us the entire time even if we were just the only ones in the pool, and all the other staff. However, we asked for an extra towel and pair of slippers that never came. Giving them a chance though since we understand that they are still understaff and adjusting to the norm. Our room is very nice, spacious and clean. Malls and restos like Pamana/Tsokolateria (one of our fave restos!) are just nearby. Definitely worth every penny and now our go-to hotel in Tagaytay!

The staff are really nice, they are very flexible and considers the needs of their clients. The food are great too. I love their breakfast. The location is so convenient since it’s near the Fora Mall and Serin. The facility is so clean. Staff Christian is so accommodating and goes beyond what we expected. We’ll definitely comeback.

Booked here for couple of times already and its our first time to try the pool and it was very clean, wide and towels are available. Theres also a lifeguard. Near fora mall, walking distance to restos market etc. Comfy bed, good lighting, nice working space, spacious parking, friendly staff and good breakfast. Only comment is the tax is not included in the price and you will pay it upfront upon check in.

Affordable but quality hotel”
I really like this hotel. Mall is right beside the property. It is situated in rotunda so no prob with the location. I got the rate of 2700 per night per room. We had 2 rooms and the front desk gave us connecting rooms. We told the front desk we are willing to wait for the other room as it is being sanitized. Other room was ready at 5pm. I like that it has a balcony. The room is very tidy and just enough for two. I love the bed. Better than other hotels in Manila. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely come back as this is very affordable!

We booked the room the day itself of checkin date and had a smooth stay. The room is clean and so is the pool which made us enjoyed our 1 night stay, will definitely go back again as this was a hidden gem in tagaytay and is near fora and Serin Ayala Mall. All your need is in the vicinity. Have not tried their massage service though, will try it when we get back.

Home away from home in Tagaytay ”
We had a great time staying at Quest Hotel. The Hotel was nestled away from noise but just a few minutes walk at the back is the Fora Lifestyle Mall and Ayala Serin Mall. Our room was facing the lake view side and a lot of great scenery upon waking up. We also enjoyed a truly relaxing sleep from a very comfortable bed and a beautifully made-up room every day. Availing big discount from Agoda was so worth it. Highly recommended.

Such a comfortable stay! ”
The hotel's location is strategic. It has the serene feel but at the same time super accessible to the mall (just at the back). Just don't expect for a nice view since what we saw are rusty roof of the houses in the other side of the fence. The lobby is so chic, with the metropolitan lights and furnishings. It's just sad that we're not able to enjoy staying there since it's a season of the Covid surge. Next time we'll stay longer in the lobby and enjoy the food in the cafeteria. This hotel care so much about relaxation as their bed and beddings are so soft and comfortable. The rooms are compact that it has everything you need within your reach. And there is an abundance of water! The staff who served us are also courteous and kind. We will definitely choose this hotel when in Tagaytay.

Very nice and affordable to stay with your family. The cleanliness of the room is much important to us when having an overnight stay in the hotel. Super lambot ng beeeeed and pillow!!! As in!! The staffs are accomodating, the only downside was the parking. Ayaw kasi ni hubby na exposed ang car, gusto nya may shade yun parking. Di puno yun hotel that time kaya ang parking na inoffer sa amin is yun sa harap. Though muka naman may parking pa sila na may bubong. Still, super ganda ng hotel, accessible to malls din. I had a blast on my birthday thanks to the hotel. 💖

My parents enjoyed the hotel thoroughly. The beds were comfy and they were able to get plenty of rest after a very tiring day. It's also close to restaurants and some places of interest so it was easy for them to navigate the area without worrying how to get back to the hotel.

Clean and spacious room, staff were nice and accommodating; I availed of the birthday package and they did a nice surprise set up in the room. Only downside is that the bathroom was quite small. Over all, it was an excellent stay! Will recommend to friends and family.

The experience is very similar when staying at a 5 star hotel but at a low price. They have nice facilities, clean rooms and the location is near shopping malls which is very convenient. I like how they have access going to the mall.

Quiet and accessible”
The guard will welcome and accommodate you. We arrived there raining but not that hard. As soon as we parked our car, the SG is already waiting outside the car door with his umbrella and ushered us to the lobby. The receptionist (my bad I didnt get his name) he was accommodating since we arrived late he gave us grace period. No hassle with booking. Aligned with Agoda. It was the fastest checked in we had. The place was clean and neat. There is complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water for two. Basic toiletries is also available. The room smells very fresh. The bed was so inviting that I do not want to get up. We got a nice view from the window of the city lights while it was raining. Too bad we did not get to dip in the pool the following day since it was still raining. but we checked the area, it was pleasant to the eyes. Will definitely go back here when we needed break!

We enjoyed our stay last July 16 to 17 for the celebration of my husband's birthday. We upgraded our room from deluxe to one bedroom suite without regrets since the room is clean complete with a bathtub, a separate living room with tv and the bed is so soft. Top it all off with a relaxing in-room massage and I can say that it is indeed a quick getaway well spent with family. We will definitely book here once again 😊
