I was looking for a place to stay in Gangneung for a few days of travel with my children, but the accommodations were too expensive compared to their services and size. So, I chose this place. Thanks to that, we were able to visit a nearby ranch and enjoy some delicious hwangtae dishes. The breakfast was good value for money. It seems that providing oily and fancy foods like those in an evening buffet as part of a breakfast buffet is a trend in hotels these days, but personally, I don't like that culture. I prefer breakfast foods that are nutritious and suitable for breakfast. Here, the quality of the food was good at a reasonable price compared to hotel buffets. I am satisfied with the service, hygiene, and everything else at a price that is not burdensome even if you stay for a few days.

The price and location were good, but the best thing was that the front desk staff were kind. Many hotels are unfriendly when you ask questions over the phone, but they kindly answered my questions and responded to my requests after check-in, so I was satisfied. Great place with poor maintenance ”
Seems like a property that was hurriedly put together. Stayed in a villa with two kids. One of the bathrooms perpetually had sewage smell. We were told because of clogged drain and standing water. The plumber came and did something which gave temporary respite but not for long. All the fittings are cut price. The main bedroom bathroom has a structure such that all the water that does not fall into the tub when showering ends up in the middle of a bathroom that has surprisingly no drain!! Other than thes plumbing problems the villa was spacious. We did not understand why there wasnt a bigger sofa or a bigger kitchennete in the villa as there was plenty of open space. The carpets were a bit ratty but that may be expected as most people come there for outdoor activities. Heating was excellent. The property is very well located and has a killer view from the main building. Perhaps it may be a better option to book two rooms with views rather than a villa if travelling with family. Parking, cleanliness of the premises etc was top notch.

Our group of 5 stayed in the Ramada for 3 nights in a Deluxe Triple and a standard twin. Rooms were very clean and spacious, especially the deluxe triple. Main drawbacks were that rooms were too warm and we were unable to turn down the heating. Additionally housekeeping threw away the empty water bottles that were left on the table that we wanted to keep, and left a notice on the bin saying to please throw all trash into the bin or leave it outside the room for housekeeping to clear, which was mildly annoying. The hotel is also located slightly further away from the town area and Yongpyong resort, but wasn't too difficult to access by car. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
