accommodating and awesome”
I was welcomed by Eva and inside I met Onie. The two were very welcoming and helpful. Eva was very warm and Onie was helping me with Taal Volcano tour (even willing to negotiate with the tricycle driver for me!). Both of them help me to give tips because I was travelling alone. Oh they also cooked dinner and shared with the guests. The last day, met Michelle. She was also very pleasant and friendly. Service was awesome and the price is reaaalllyyyyy cheap! Would recommend this to everyone! Oh if you guys are reading this, maybe put a map for those coming by bus i.e. to stop where specifically. Well maybe that was just me cause I stopped quite far from the hotel. But overall, love OMP Tagaytay!

Great deal”
We chose to stay there because it had the cheapest rate. The place looks and feels like a big house with many rooms. It doesn't really standout in the neighborhood. Location is good, roughly 200m from main road where a lot of jeeps or buses going to the center of Tagaytay or Manila or Nasugbu pass by. Our room had no aircon but a noisy electric fan was provided to us. Having no aircon was fine though since the weather is cool in Tagaytay. The free breakfast is mainly sliced bread and coffee, milk, milo. Staff (or owners?) are friendly and accomodating. All in all, it was worth definitely a good deal staying there. Only complaints are about the noisy fan, limited WiFi coverage (did not reach our room), and the heater in one of the shared bathrooms that does not work, or I simply wasn't able to make it work.

Great Experience!”
That was our 2nd time booking at OMP. We spent two nights and three days. The place is awesome, location is very accessible. Staff's are friendly & accommodating. The price is reasonable & budget friendly. Looking forward to visit OMP Tagaytay again.

Great value for money”
If you need a cheap, clean, and conveniently located place to stay in Tagaytay, OMP is a great place to be. The breakfast is modest, but since it's free, there's really no room to complain. Bathrooms are shared, but this wasn't ever an issue for us during our stay. OMP is highly recommended.

1 Day City Escape”
OMP Tagaytay is located (2min) walking distance to-from Aguinaldo highway. Nearby popular places include Cliffhouse, Leslie's, Robinsons Summit Ridge and Magallanes Square (with a BDO ATM and 7-Eleven). It is also a quick jeep ride away from Sky Ranch.

Just what a financially-deprived traveller needs: a humble yet cozy place.”
Accessible at most travel spots in Tagaytay, OMP is the right place for travellers who are not into luxurious hotels but up for a relaxing treat. The staff are very entertaining and attentive to your needs.

Great”
Our first night is in a room with two beds which only one socket. But for our second room which is a deluxe room is a lot better than the first one. We can finally charge our electronics all at once! The staff are very accomodating. They managed for our taal trip. I'm happy that i have chosen OMP Hostel. I'll certainly recommend this to my friends due to cheap price but very good place to stay. Good job!

Simple and Practical”
My friend and I needed a place to stay for the night, we were looking for a nice, comfortable and clean place to spend the night before going to another location near Tagaytay. The personnel in OMP was considerate enough to lend us the key so we can still roam around Tagaytay. We manage to visit Dreamland, Morning Glory and the new McDonald's before we call it the night. A light breakfast was served at 7am - 10am. Overall, had a comfortable stay.

The ULTIMATE BEST for Backpackers”
GREAT LOCATION!!! Peace and quiet in a residential area, but just a stone's throw away (literally a 5-minute walking distance) from the restaurants, cafes, malls, and tourist attractions. Clean, Comfortable, and Warm (warm treatment from hosts, and enjoy warm showers anytime, any day---and you know you'll need one in Tagaytay) VALUR FOR MONEY!!! Feels like your second home in Tagaytay.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast!”
We really enjoyed out stay at OMP Tagaytay. They offer very simple accommodation but the staff was so nice that it really made the difference. Included breakfast was very good! Location was very convenient for restaurants, buses and jeepneys and great views of Taal volcano (not directly from OMP but pretty close). They could improve the cleanness of bathrooms and the roosters in the neighbourhood were very noisy as early as 4-5am.

Budget friendly! Perfect for Backpackers ”
The location is nice bcos you are near to the restaus with overlooking views. Super approachable staff, ate sally. She even suggest where to go's. The en suite room was ok, we just stayed there to just sleep for 2 nights, the only problem is the heater isn't working, which is I think should fix bcos the weather in tagaytay is so freakin cold. They have a free breakfast wherein you can eat cereals, bread with spread, coffee, tea and some fruits. They also have a parking space. All in all it was good and I will definitely recommend this place

Calm retreat in Tagaytay”
Had a comfortable stay at OMP hostel in Tagaytay. Breakfast is included, enough for us to get through the morning. The hot shower pressure was a bit weak though. There is a common area on the two floors, and the sala has television. Near to a strip of restaurants overlooking Taal, easy transport to Skyranch and other interesting sites. Very homey and welcoming place. To the helpful staff who helped us retrieve an item left behind - thank you!

Affordable Choice”
If you have a limited budget or you are looking for an affordable lodging. This is a good choice 😊 Since our plan is mostly on outdoor activities and visits, we don't need TV and AC especially it's really cold already, so a fan will do. Had a simple breakfast too. You may choose between a bowl of cornflakes/oats, coffee/tea, and two bread slices w/ either jam or cheese spread as optional filling. The room is simple and nice but tidy. Accessible to public transportation either going to Skyranch and Caleruega or the other way around going to Olivarez (Tagaytay Rotunda) I would like to commend ate Sally and Beth for their sincere and warm greetings and we felt that we've known each other for so long haha! Improvements? Usually whenever I stay for a lodging(regardless of any kind) for 2 days or more. Staffs usually make-up beds whenever we leave every check-out time. Especially if the beddings need a replacement after usage. Hopefully they would consider it too. But overall experience is great! P.S. Shoes/slippers used outdoors can't be used inside. Either you need to bring any comfy footwear you can use inside only or you can also walk barefoot 😉

Good place to stay for a couple of days”
If you are a small group of people, who can share the bathroom with others, and are on a budget, OMP Tagaytay is a good place to stay. Cheap, clean, not far from the central area of the town (although not really walking distance) and the stuff is really nice. The breakfast is quite good too.

Good for budget travellers”
Good for budget backpack travellers, but "budget" has its down sides too. Pros: 1. Budget friendly. Base rate is very cheap but we added additional fee for an aircon room. 2. Located far from the main roads so it is very peaceful, especially in the morning. 3. Free breakfast includes 2 slices of bread, 1 bowl of cereals with milk, and 1 cup of coffee. Seems enough for us but if you are getting ready for a day of exploring the city, just bring some extra breakfast food. Cons: 1. Shoes are not allowed inside the property. You will leave your outside shoes in a rack beside the main door. Not a major con though. Just bring extra slippers that you can wear inside the property. Maybe its just a personal preference of the owner. 2. The receiving area is right after you enter the main door, and this is also where the staff are relaxing (ie. watching tv, eating snacks, etc.). I think they should watch TV in another room or something. 3. Cleanliness of the bathrooms can be improved.

It was okay”
We availed the cheapest room (fan room) - accessible sa lahat (famous bulalo restaurants, convenient stores, bus stop) - mura, less than 1k for 2 pax. okay na ung fan room for us since malamig naman sa Tagaytay kapag gabi - clean kaya okay lang na ipaiwan ung shoes sa labas. pero sana next time iremind niyo ung guests to bring their own indoor slippers - madumi ung electric fan - manipis ung bedsheet - parang pamunas ng sasakyan ung kumot (as told by my partner) - free breakfast kaso kaunti, nabasa naman po namin ung note niyo na 2 slices of bread, 1 coffee, 1 bowl of cereal lang un free. we were reminded while we were eating, parang nahirapan ako lumunok nung niremind kami. (hello, nabasa po namin) in total, wala naman akong angal kasi we only paid less than 1k.
