I am a guest of yours. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, the foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. The most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

the cleaning standard is too low(bed sheets, toilet, the kitchen(awful),floor, wall, the room overall), although it is value for money, but will suggest to choose a bigger brand-named hotel for better standard if the money is not that important to you. They use their own machine to clean the sheets, the wash machine may not be strong enough to wash off ... although the sheets are very new.

If you have a car, Location is good! Because this property is near many attraction. And The facilities are cleaner than I thought. But the property have small weaknesses. The dryer is weak, and the water pressure in the shower is weak. And The owner is nice, but he speaks little English.

Good location for short stay”
Stayed one night just before departure. Chinese hosts are nice but cannot speak English. Interior is different from Agoda pic, but cozy and neat room. Need to clean up more professionally esp cups and electric kettle. Perfect location.

No English, Possible bed bugs”
The place is cute and nice. However, I struggled from the start because I was ringing the doorbell and nobody is coming out. I had to find the phone number to call and the person who answered had to call his staff to open the gate. Come to find out, the staff cannot speak English. That was okay but when my tour guide went to the place to pick me up, the staff did not entertain him, most likely because they couldn't understand that the guide was asking for me. I was late for my tour because of that. The beddings were never replaced in my 3 nights stay and I have bites from possibly bed bugs. Not really sure if it's bed bugs or sand fleas because I went diving but the rashes started to show and itch, early mornings.

the hotel is quite safe and host is very kind. she uses chinese but it doesn't matter to communicate. the security is well organized (front door is always closed, only users can open it)

中心部にあるので便利です。オーナーさんは若 女の人は英語できますがそれ以外の方はできません。が、何とか通じます。そしてとても愛想が良く安心できます。会えば必ず挨拶してくれます。お部屋も可愛いのですがシャワーの地面が汚かったのとシャワーが変な所からお湯が飛び出たり上に付いてる大きなシャワーからはずっと使ってなかったのかサビが出て来て急いで止めました笑それ以外は良かったです。

トイレや水周りが臭います。”
ロケーションは良かったです。メインの場所にも徒歩で行けます。お部屋は可愛くおしゃれですが、とにかく水周りとトイレが臭います。水圧は低く、シャワーの汚水も流れません。洗面やトイレのお掃除もお粗末だと感じました。
