Highly Recommended condo in Tagaytay ”
They are very accomodating even though the booking was made a night before. The unit is clean and complete with the essentials. They even have Netflix. We had a car and it was very convenient that they offered a 100.00 peso reserved parking so me and my bf were able to go in and out of the buildjng with a sure parking. Will definitely book again.

We didn't get the original room we booked which affected our plans since we have to wait until we can check into the other room the following day. The entire building probably needs to be fumigated as well. The place has a lot of potential since the location and rooms are nice; unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place for the CONS provided below. Pros - Location, visually rooms are nice, & Ms Rosalie the property manager. Cons - 1. First room is infested with small roaches; they are in the kitchen and living room area. Second room have black ants mostly on the floors. 2. Elevator takes forever since too many people are using it. There are six elevators, but two are not being utilized. 3. Parking is limited; it's P50 and you have to pay every time you leave. There's a P100 per day, but only if it's available. 4. Water pressure on first room's toilet is low, but showers are fine.

The view of the room given to us was not by the pool, it was at the other side of the building facing the streets of olivarez. Also very disappointing because the aircon wasn't working properly. We had to sleep with the balcony door + windows open.

We had issues with loose internet cables that affected our connectivity (we are wfh). The air conditioning also had issues and we had to figure things out on our own because no one can come over to help us.

5 nights, 6 days stay”
The unit is on the 4th floor and got a poolview. Pros: 1. Location- it's near the main road and various establishments. 2. Unit owner/caretaker- At first we thought we were scammed coz we didn't receive any confirmation email with the specified unit address and it took almost an hour to receive an SMS from them. After exchanging our numbers, the owner was accommodating and responsive. 3. Security at the building. No ID, no entry. Authorization from the owner is required upon check-in. 4. Strong wifi. It's helpful especially we work at night. 5. Kitchenette but they don't have stove. The cons: 1. Unit is very near the pool area (like just above the pool) and the noise from the people swimming can be heard from the room, loud and clear. You could hear people scream very early in the morning and even during night time so it's not very relaxing. There were people swimming until midnight and apparently, Cityland has no strict rules in their pool area 'coz people are a bit rowdy. We usually choose rooms with balcony and with a view so we could spend our morning/afternoon coffee at the balcony but with our 5 night stay there, we only did it once 'coz it kinda looked awkward sight seeing people swimming just below our balcony. Lol! 2. On our first day there, there were little cockroaches but we were not sure if it came from outside since we saw them near the restroom doors. 3. Room description says Netflix but there's none and the owner said the box just got defective. 4. The elevator service at the building was too slow on a weekend. Checkout time is 12PM. You would want to do it like an hour earlier just so you and your family wouldn't be stuck waiting for your turn.
