Very basic needs met”

Better than expected. It's not a glamorous hotel by any means, but it does the trick. We booked the hotel because we arrived at the airport very late and didn't want to check in the night before at our more expensive hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating-they let us check in even at 2:30 in the morning. The hotel reception is inside a small convenience store and restaurant which you can eat at 24 hours a day. I would recommend it to people who just need a nice cool place to sleep with the air-conditioner, but not to those who plan on spending the time inside the room.

1. air condition is extremely annoying, cannot sleep when it on, neither when it off (too hot in Saipan), and the only window cannot be opened 2. double bed is a single bed size!!!! 3. no tooth brush, no refegirator, no nothing!!! need to prepare everything 4. food is bad, do not try

some comments say the air conditioner is not working or no hot water, but when I stayed there, there were both fine. but it still felt terrible the whole time. no window, borken bed sheet,no quilt. very noisy, you can hear other room's talking or tv, you can hear the sound on the street.the worst thing is we find cockroach on the bed. so we change the room the next morning. also, this hotel is not allowed to free cancel, which is terrible. totally not worth the money

No water supply some while ”

Staff is good and nice but the hotel dont have enough water supply, I took a very long shower as water came out very slow . Few hours after there is no water at all. I am lucky I can finish my hot shower.

The shower head does not work well, and the taps and toilet are in very very pool condition, all rusted, and the room smells very bad. Very bad experience with the hotel.

It is a awful hotel, staff are smileless, environment is noisy, romm is steamy. I would rather like stay at the airport instead of staying at this hotel.

since my flight arrived very late night, I stayed here 1 night to save the money. But if you pay bit more, around 20~30 dollars more, you can stay better one which is close to Galleria shopping mall area.

水が全く出なかった。”

水が出ない。クレームを言うも、直らない。結局、現地で取り消しをしました。 もう使いません。

まず汚いエアコン？のリモコンがなく隣から持ってきました。二日目に水がでなくなり言ったところ汚い水をバケツに持ってきてそれで洗面からシャワー？カラダ拭きをしてくれと。三日目キャンセルし返金を求めましたが無理と。安かろう悪かろうとは覚悟していましたが、ひどすぎました。

何度かお世話になってますが、今回は最悪でした。初日〜翌日夕方まで、断水でトイレ、洗面はもちろん、シャワーも使えず、翌日使えるようになりましたが、温水が出ずに、冷たい水で、シャワー浴びるも、水は少ししかでなくて、たいへんでした。 鍵もつぶれかけで、荷物や貴重品も外出時心配で、電球も切れてて、フロントに伝えても、使いかけの電球ばかりで、点滅したりで、結果薄暗い部屋で過ごしました。

外がうるさく夜にあまり寝られなかった。 20ドルチェックイン時に請求された。 チェックアウトの説明がない為、自分から聞いた！

部屋は清潔感に乏しい。ダブルベッドルームと言っていたが、セミダブル程度の広さしかない。 これらの不満点はあったものの、ビーチ・中心街に近い立地はGOOD。料金の安さを考えると 文句は言えないかな・・。そんな感じのホテル。

バックパッカーの宿”

男性一人旅のみで使用しましょう。女性には不向きです。24時間空いている1階ロビーのショップは古いスーパーのような感じですね。個人としては快適さもありましたが。。。。

ただ泊まるだけ（寝るだけ）ならOK”

寝るだけならOKです。 ハイアットの目の前なので、ハイアットに行けばビーチも近いしなんとかリゾートは味わえます。 ただせっかくなら申しすこしランクあげてもよかったかな。 行ってからわかりましたが、デポジット20ドルとられました。ちゃんと返してもらいましたが。
