Upon arrival the room I was placed in smelled horribly like a club. The scent of smoke and alcohol filled the space and I immediately asked to be moved. They offered me one king bed for a family of 4 and I told them that was not possible so I was then upgraded to a room with two single beds and a small living room space. There were basic amenities and everything was convenient. However the room had an electrical issue and I had to call on the engineering team many times to fix my AC. It was not shutting off and at times the room was freezing, especially for two little kids. House keeping came and turned back on the AC after engineering fixed it so I believe communication could also be improved on within their teams. The staff was always helpful and pleasant though. The hotel is advertised as a beach front but it’s actually sea front. No access to the sea from the hotel but u can stand on the hotel grounds which is a few meters away from the sea. To get to the beach you actually have to cross the main road and walk for about three mins. However the hotel has a buggy service that drops u to and from. But there was only one of these golf cart buggies available to service the entire hotel so the waiting line was a bit long to get to and from. The food served was also good with a few options but there was not basic staff like granola and Greek yogurt for example at the breakfast buffet. In summary I would say the stay was comfortable and a good getaway, but not exceptional. I would not class this as a 5 star hotel as the infrastructure is also old, the services are a bit slow, and only basic amenities were available withouts the extras that make a 5 star hotel. I will probably visit again as I can adjust to the limitations but just sharing a comprehensive feedback for those who may like finer things.

I would like to give an honest review related to my experience because I have seen a lot of positive and negative comments Well , The hotel is very neat and clean , though the building is a bit old. The staff is also very supportive and rooms are well maintained . The breakfast at the hotel is really excellent with a lot of varieties. The dinner is good if you are a non vegeterian because sometimes veg options would be less. There is a nice Lebanese restaurant at the backside and we can order food from outside if we want . Overall , My experience was really good and never experienced any issues with anything in this hotel. Note : The guests are mostly from the eastern EU and Russia and in the weekend hotel is almost full. I can say that it's value for money because you won't feel any bad experience in this hotel though the hotel is not ultra luxuary . Especially the staff Nagesh and other people are superb and very supportive . Thanks for the awesome experience . Note : if you only like Indian food at night better order from outside. Good if you have vehicle because this hotel at the last point of the island

It was a perfect location for us to celebrate our birthdays- my sister, niece and I. The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious, clean and has a very good relaxing sea-view. The staffs were all accommodating. Mr. Pankaj was a huge help. From the reception to the valet staffs to the pool persons and room attendants, everybody is enthusiastic. Plus points is when they sent us birthday cake that was so touching. The beach is not so impressive but still great for us to enjoy. Points for improvement: WIFI, it was so slow.

A good location with average facility”
I was excited to travel with my family for my birthday. I was made to wait and no clear instructions for check in at reception. But was upgraded to a good room with privacy and good pool and sea view. I was welcomed by a yummy cheese cake for my birthday. They provided free vouchers which are usually not useful as usual cost for services are very high. Clinic staff was not professional. The room was clean, but balcony was not clean and full of shit by pigeons (atleast should be cleaned before guest entry). Similar pigeon shit was all around the pool area and definitely looked dirty. The swimming pool was quite well regulated on temperature but had lot of insects dead and floating. The play area beside the resort was good and my son enjoyed it. Fortunately it was clean and maintained. They also have good football, basketball ground. They have an amazing walking path on backside along the sea giving you a calm sense of relaxation. The beach surprisingly is on other side of the road and have to go either walking or by hotel vehicle. We went with the vehicle, but while return requested and was waiting for long. However finally decided to do the walk which is hardly five minutes. The beach was having big stones and bigger sand particle and not comfortable to foot. The water though was very clean and had fishes, star fish to see and enjoy with. The water sports are done on other beach side and not on property of Marjan Island. Breakfast have quite veg options, though taste is not classical but happy with the options. All safety protocols from COVID point were taken care. All in all, average stay. But enjoyed the stay still.
