◯ Airport transfer is free for round trips I arrived at Lahore Airport late at night, and the hotel provided a pickup, which was reassuring. In any country and at any hotel, requesting airport transfer services can be daunting as the taxi fares are often much higher, but here it was unexpectedly free and very helpful. The driver, Qamar Abbas, spoke English exceptionally well and was very polite with a great smile. He shared various information about Pakistan. He was the first Pakistani I met and the first hotel staff member I encountered. Thanks to him, my first impression of Pakistan was extremely positive. ◯ Housekeeping was quick and friendly I interacted with many housekeepers, and I was surprised that everyone was smiling and polite. Most of them spoke more English than I expected. I had such a good impression of all the housekeepers that I wished I could write down everyone's names. The name I remember is MUKHTAR (probably the housekeeping manager?). Whenever I saw him, he would always greet me right away. He was often in the hallway, which made it easy to directly request various things, and that was helpful. This was the first hotel where the housekeepers left such a good impression on me. I never requested cleaning but made various requests every day. I was always able to receive the requested services without waiting, which was very helpful. ◯ Breakfast was quite good in taste and service There was a wide variety of meals, and everything was delicious. There were also less spicy options available, making it comfortable for those who have difficulty with certain foods. There were enough servers, and each followed up properly with the guests. They would notice what I needed before I even asked, and I was surprised that they provided chair service every time I sat down. I accidentally left a bottle of water at the breakfast restaurant and went back to look for it after a little while. A man who seemed to be a manager greeted me and said, "Did you come to look for your water? This is your water." I was impressed that they were observant of the guests. ◯ Reception provided flexible services. I was particularly helped by the receptionist KAMRAN ALI. I relied on him multiple times during check-in, my stay, and check-out. I made many requests, including bananas for breakfast and a late check-out. Due to feeling unwell, I was very grateful that they extended my check-out for free. I can only express my gratitude to him. I asked him questions about various details, and he provided accurate answers with sincerity. I’m truly thankful for his flexible support every time. His English was more fluent than other staff members, which made me feel more at ease. Other receptionists were also sincere, allowing me to stay without worry. I felt I could trust this hotel, so I asked them for transportation for Wagah Border as well. In the end, I felt it was a good decision to request that. ◯ Manager Nosheen GRM's support was wonderful She regularly checked in with me by phone or WhatsApp to see if I needed any assistance. The reception service exceeded my expectations, and having additional support from the manager was reassuring. For some reason, our timings never aligned, and I only got to meet her directly at check-out. I was glad to express my gratitude at the end. She offered me heartwarming words and even gave me a pen and keyring with the hotel name on it. I felt like I should have given her something for all the help, but I’m deeply grateful for her kindness until the very end. Lahore has many international hotels, and I was quite torn between a few during my reservation. What made me decide on this hotel was their sincerity when I made inquiries and requests via WhatsApp in advance. Based on the quick responses and how they handled my questions, I anticipated it to be a hotel with sincere and excellent service, so I chose this one. My intuition and choice were absolutely correct! I never imagined I would find such a wonderful hotel in Pakistan where I would be treated with such unexpected kindness.
