Lovina Beach hotels & places to stay

on my arrival at the lovina all the staffs warmly welcome and greeted very nicely i feel like coming home at the time. i just gave my id then they proceed my chek in – in the room. i choose the room that facing the pool and the beach, what a view ! the lovina located in the middle of beautiful views ! from my balcony i can see the pool and the beautiful beach ! and when i open my front door, i can see beautiful mountains ! what a heavenly places !!! and what a life !!!! then i came to my super sexy room, they designed it verrrryy well ! its feel like in the home of full of luxurious ! the cool towel and welcome drinks also canape is ready in the room ! staffs escorted me to the room is very nice and very helpful. the food is 5 star ! appearance and the taste is perfect ! i always take my lunch at the table that beside the beach. it feels like a super star ! feels like 3 days stayed in the lovina is not enough ! from sunrise to sunset from your balcony view is super ! and every time you open the front door, you can see mountains is super ! breakfast in the lovina was probably the best i have ever had, there was so much to choose from. the drinks, the bakery, fruits, it must been world class as i have never ate so much for breakfast before. it's like delicious doesn't make any sense anymore. this is just the right place to laying the sun, swimming and visiting beach. the place for relaxing and the atmosphere is best ! about 10 minutes walk then you can find bars, supermarket, shops. on the second day, i was went to middle of the beach to see the dolphins it will be take about 40 minutes to go by boat. it was save and its worthy. best experience of my life !!!! to see hundreds of doplhins that swim and jumps just in front of you ! i love lovina and i love bali ! and i love the lovina ! nothing to say ! all the staff gave 5 star service, everyone is perfectly professional !!! especially jeremy and liza. they very professional, very helpful in everything

The Puri Bagus Hotel near Singaraja is simply the best hotel around. We stayed at a different hotel down the street (Sunari Beach Hotel), but it paled in comparison. Our room was clean and well appointed, the infinity pool was inspiring, and the breakfast buffet was to die for! But the thing that really stood out about this hotel was the quality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the housekeepers and the gardeners. The food and beverage director (Katoot) was particularly friendly and welcoming. If you're considering a stay in Lovina Beach, don't miss checking in to the Puri Bagus Hotel!

It was a great stay at Lilin Lovina Beach Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at noon and the room was ready. The staff also very attentive, whenever we asked about the local food, they informed the location, and indeed it was nice. The hotel itself located just in front of the beach, so you can wake up and the beach is just in front of you. The food is nice with reasonable price, and the live music at night is just wonderful. You can sit at the beach at night and just looking at the stars. What a memorable stay...

beautiful place & location (near to the beach). peaceful surroundings with excellent service. food wise - the ginger/honey mojito was the best i've ever had, the home made bread and serving of freshly cut fruits before meal is a great way to start the day. spa was excellent (we tried the damai massage, which involved deep-tissue massage and yoga moves as well); may need a bit more drapes/curtains for undressing/dressing for more conservative people. only slight disappointment, was when we booked the dolphin tour and requested a private boat, which they said it would be private. but it somehow got misunderstood as "private amongst hotel guest only" hence we ended up on a boat with 2 other girls. but to be hones, once we started seeing the dolphins, we were happy. villa 5 was perfectly situated in a corner unit, and short walking distance to pool and restaurant. however pool could use an upgrade, and a little small; more ideal for dipping/soaking not really a pool to swim in.

The Lovely Staff made us welcome, the rooms were amazing, we had the ocean view garden room. This would be my favorite hotel in Lovina, room service while not 24hour was prompt and yummy. Dinner was a bit ordainary but if you order Italian in Bali you can only blame yourself. pool side spa was great, my husban with his big tuff miners feet got a pedicure and I was amazed at how soft they were. over all a fantastic stay, just eat out.

starlight was a nice villa for family vacation. you can play at private swimming pool all day long if you want or you can go to lovina beach very very near villa, just walk around 1 minute. sadly lovina beach less suitable for playing sand, but don't worry, you can hop on boat and see dolphins and coral reefs lucky us, we can see dolphin that time..! for breakfast, it's suit our taste.. staffs there is friendly too..

IFirst time staying in Lovina beach area and choose Lovina beach apartment. If you like a nice and quite place, this is the right place for you. Room was very big and services was excelent. They have a very nice pool with.a seaview. If you like bbq,they have a bbq pit for u and if you are lazy to do it yourself,u can just sit down and enjoy the beach while the staff doing it for you. I have a very pleasant stay here and will definitely come back again.

We loved our stay at 1000 Dreams. The family who run the bungalows are so friendly and make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive until the time you force yourself to leave (could have stayed there forever). The food was amazing and you simply can't beat the water front location. Watching the sunset every night from either a beach chair or the pool, simply stunning! If you are going on a dolphin tour in Lovina, the staff will arrange it all for you and the boat picks you up from the bungalow beach front. The staff will also assist in anything else you need, from letting you know how to catch the public transport (5,000rp each to Lovina Beach) or providing a blanket at night if you simply can't sleep without one. If you do stay at 1000 Dreams, and we would highly recommend that you do, make sure you get a massage from the father, he really does have magic hands!!

A bit remote up in the hills of Lovina we found this small Resort and felt like in Paradise from the beginning on. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, big beautiful pool-area, all nestled in a parklike garden which seems to end in the jungle of Bali and geogious views I of the sea and rice fields. Very good breakfast, remarkable good restaurant for lunch or dinner and a dream of spa mid in a jungle-like surrounding. The staff is very helpful in organising daytrips, tours etc. There also is a free shuttle service to Lovina Beach on demand. Overall there is a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere - only if you want to have hot nightlife and party all the night you are definitely wrong here. In simple words: it is just wonderful and almost a piece of Paradise.

when i reach lovina beach cottages around 7pm, the manager told that our rooms are not in good condition. then they bring us to another hotel that is really amazing for me and my family. we enjoyed our stay there with the nice and black sandy beach. even though we didnt stay in lovina beach cottages but i really appreciate the management for giving us a good change to discover another good hotel.

A wonderfull weekend i have done at this quite and peacefull hotel. Location very strategic near the famous Lovina beach at Singaraja. The staff very helpfull and nice. They upgrade my room to beach front view room ( maybe its because not at the peak season so they upgrade our room for our satisfied while stay there) lucky me. Also i booked a dolphin tour at the front desk. The price they give also reasonable price. My room quite big and open shower. Very clean and cozy. Simple choice of breakfast include in the hotel rate. At the afternoon i go to old harbour of Singaraja. I will stay at this hotel next trip.

Stayed only 3 nights in beginning of May 2014 with my wife and two kids. Big compliments to Gus and his wife for the family room, decorated in a very cozy and home-like way! Nice big twin bed and bunker beds for kids. Only 20m from the very still water beach. Staff if really nice and numerous! Nyoman is all care! Kitchen food was great, have to try tomato soup. Hotel is about 10min ride from the Lovina beach, but with shops and warung places around. Swimming pool got really warm at daytime and a bit deep for kids. Little beach strip gets combed really well, dark sand The only downside is that debris from the east side fishermen and hotels gets washed ashore , and the look of occasional plastic of food in the water is tearing your heart. Lots of reading available. 5min boat ride to a nearby reef for some cool fish snorkeling. Overall, a very relaxing, quiet, tranquil stay with all staff including Gus the owner making you feel at home. Great value for money!

Our tour guide recommended us to stay at Aditya as we were going for Lovina dolphin tour. It is indeed a value for money hotel. From Aditya to Lovina beach maybe just 20 minutes of walking. There are a lot of nice restaurant at Lovina beach and the next day morning it is also convenient for the dolphin tour as you board the boat at Lovina beach only. Hence Aditya is convenient for both dinner and the dolphin tour. Aditya has very well maintained swimming pool and garden. The environment is very relaxing. Most importantly, their room has very nice balcony, you get to sit there drinking something and enjoy the breeze with garden view. Their staffs are polite and attentive. Greeting is always there whenever you meet any of them.

Our room was perfect since we don't spend much time there! We enjoyed the hospitality of restaurant, relaxed poolside (private really since low season but made it even more special), the sweet cats, flora and fauna, and the kind staff. We booked dolphin tour and saw hundreds. Truly the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and was why we visited Lovina. Our wonderful guide Edi took us out for 90 years mins of snorkeling after free breakfast at Lovina beach hotel. What a romantic, relaxed, and beatiful experience. Thank you for the memories!

I stayed in Bali Paradise Hotel in Lovina from 7-9June 2012 according to my plan, but I decided to stay more longer since this hotel is good and the staff is nice, it made me enjoy Lovina very much. The Location is very good and very ideal for me because it is just near the sea by 3 mins walk but it is not like other hotels in the Lovina centre, it is quite and away from the crowdy. It only takes about 10-15mins walk from the hotel to the centre of Lovina, then you can find restaurants and shops there, so convience. Everyday I enjoyed to walk to the beach then walk along the beach toward the centre of Lovina. During this 10mins journey, you will pass through some local people house, it is intereseting and happy to see their life there. This hotel also provides you a rice farm view, my room is facing the beautiful rice farm, so beautiful and relax. The environment and interior design of the hotel is great as well. It is very new, comfortable and its classic colour makes it very luxurious. The pool is big, clean and great!I enjoyed the swim and sunbath there. The pool is 24meters long so you absolutely can swim for a distance. The staff is very helpful that they always smile to you and very welcome to bring you what you want. There is a table tennis table and snooker table there and a liabrary with comfortable sofa there, it is a lot of thing can do in the hotel if you dont go outside. The room is good too. The television with cable channel which have many choice to watch. The bath room, balcony and all facilitis in the room are clean. The free WIFI in room is perfect and there are also two computer for free internet in the lobby as well. The included breakfast was good. They have six choices for you, balinese, western style etc... I had one dinner in my second night, it was nice too. The hotel itself is art I think. There are many paintings in the hotel, in the lobby, in your room and they made me feel happy and very Bali. Sing Sing is located on a hill overlooking the ocean near Lovina. Lovely garden with fantastic views. We had the two bedroom villa and also the one bedroom wooden house. The villa has small private infinity pool, a living room and two rather small bedrooms with shared shower/bathroom. The wooden house has en-suite bathroom and is only fan cooled. The owner Sri is amazing and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. She cooks amazing pancakes for breakfast (more like crepes) and made us sandwiches the night before as we were heading early next morning for the dolphin tour. You can walk to a few waterfalls right from the resort, the closest one is less than a 10min walk. Small but nice. Only issue is that you need to be mobile to reach/go out from this place and the road to get to Sing Sing is steep and treacherous. It's about a 10min drive to the little town of Lovina with restaurants and bars. Would stay there again.

Though a 3 hour drive thru the mountain range to Lovina Beach the hotel was relaxing and pleasurable. The staff at all levels were always smiling and striking up a conversation to ascertain our well being and wishing us a good day no matter what hour of the day it was. Management were keen to listen to my feed back on how to tweek a few minor things to make the travellers stay more comfortable and easier. Breakfast was filling and well presented by the staff. The balcony over looking the gardens and pool with the cain chairs outside the door were great just to sit back and enjoy a morning coffee. Definetly place to consider when staying at Lovina Beach as value for money its right up there. Looking forward to our next stay there.

If you like the peace and quiet, this is the place for you. It has a nice pool, very personalised service from the staff. Rooms are no means luxurious. No Study table and internet is on and off but other than that, the Sawah Lovina is a very nice place to relax for a few days. Breakfast is limited but if you really require good food, you have to walk about 1km out to the main street with many eateries available.

we loved to stay in villa Alamanda. we were in one of the villas and it was spacious and comfortable. the pool is great even if the panorama is not the top you can have in Bali. the staff is friendly and helpful. they organized or transport and found us a motorbike to ride during our stay both for an honest price. the position is not the best, there is nothing in walkable distance, but there is a free shuttle from the villa to Lovina beach twice a day (for lunch and dinner). you can pay an extra ride to the beach anyway and they even have a little kitchen service with the meal delivered directly on your veranda. definitely a relaxing place to stay.

This was the best hotel during my whole 2 month of backpacking in indonesia! The staff is perfectly English speaking and very polite all the time. Nothing has ever been dirty during my 4 night stay. The pool is great, the beds are comfortable and sleeping in the tent was a wonderful experience. It was very easy to meet fellow backpackers here with whom it's easily possible to eat in one of the restaurants close to the guesthouse or to reach the beach in walking distance. I definitely recommend this to anyone, no matter if solo traveller or not!
