A NICE HOSTEL”

Price, Tidiness, Staff performance

The owner of the hostel is very nice. he helped me to organize a nice day trip to 泛舟, it's really exciting and there's special discount offered to the hostel customers which travel fee is included. There're many other 1day or 2day trip around Hualien that I want to join when I go there again. Highly recommend!!!!!

民宿老闆入住說，退房的時候，行李可以寄放某處，當天也放置指定的地點，後來到民宿取行李發現民宿鐵門關上，通知店家，還要等人到民宿，以至於無法順利搭上火車！

房間比較像是一般家庭式,很乾淨也很安靜地點也好找,停車需自行找路邊停車或是附近的付費停車場算是很方便,只是附近用走的沒有飲食或是超商

網站上退房時間是11:00，入住當下才告知10:30要退房，隔天10:20又來講一遍，美其名提醒，實則打擾，你有差這半小時，網站上要不要先做更改？免洗浴巾毛巾也不知道怎麼回事，又是一間拿疫情當藉口的店，提供正常浴巾毛巾有障礙還是有困難，還是只想著降低成本？看不懂前面說乾淨的後來有沒有看到一堆螞蟻在桌上地面到處爬？一大早8-9點就開始在製造噪音，關門開門撞擊聲不斷，打擾房客休息，你是多趕打掃？動作不會放輕降低音量？一副怕房客讓他成本太高的樣子，這心態就不要出來製造困擾，店收起來也不差你這一間。
