The room, bathroom, and public spaces are all very clean. Amenities and towels are provided. The soundproofing of the room is good. There is no exclusive parking lot, but parking on the roadside is relatively convenient. There is a Wellcome supermarket across the street for convenient food shopping. There is no elevator, so it's better to pack light. It's a very good value accommodation choice.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and even offered us mangoes. It's also very close to Tiehua Village and highly recommended.
Summer Island Tour”
This is a very friendly and thoughtful homestay with affordable prices and a clean and comfortable environment. During the hot summer of July 2023, the owner shared delicious coffee with us and even let us take it to go. It's rare for a homestay to provide natural and organic olive oil-based bath products for the skin.
The CP value is very high, I recommend everyone to come.”
The landlord is very enthusiastic. There is a seating area on the first floor where you can use utensils on your own. They also provide free-flowing alcohol, which is super cool! There is a communal refrigerator and they provide water, coffee, and cookies. There are paid parking spaces on the roadside and a Wellcome supermarket across the street, making it very convenient. The bed is comfortable, the quilt is warm, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The only downside is that one of the towels is a bit gray and needs to be replaced. Personally, I am not very sensitive to skin irritation, but three of my companions are and they found the bed to be a bit itchy. We are not sure if it's due to the cleaning agent used.
