We stayed one night in this hotel and we loved it! The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was very clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast is very Asian, without western option, but we really enjoyed it.

The hotel is Simple, new, clean, and close to the train station. It’s only 5 minutes away if you walk. The staffs are friendly. But you can hear people walking in the hall way, so if you are sensitive to sound, recommend to bring ear plugs with you.

Some of the younger staff were very kind, but it was clear that there were some staff that were not trained on customer service. Our lock on our door jammed and they said they had to move us to another bedroom - they tried to blame it on us which is very rude. No apologies from the manager for the hassle of moving to a different bedroom in the middle of our stay or any sort of compensation like a better bedroom or a discount. They only have one person working to cover the whole hotel sometimes so they are clearly not equipped to deal with any crisis that may happen during your stay, like their old door jamming and all your belongings being subject to theft. If the staff didnt try to blame us for their own old janky door jamming, I would have been forgiving of the situation, but it’s pretty unbelievable that a hotel would have this kind of service and would treat their customers so rudely.

櫃台接待親切有禮，但是客房內網路無法使用，大廳咖啡機非早餐時段不提供咖啡，但是有即溶式咖啡沖泡，玉里這個小鎮能有這樣規模的旅宿已經不錯，but還有進步空間！

入住樓中樓房型，房間乾淨且空間大，因位於高樓層，所以視野遼闊，飯店地點便利，早餐簡單美味，服務人員親切。缺點為飯店內停車位偏少，另外腳踏車沒有幼童座椅，所以無法載小朋友在附近逛逛。
