I didn’t like that the floor was dirty; blinds didn’t shut right; shower was leaking; faucet in bathroom sink was corroded; no toiletries; no towels; we had to ask & we were given thin children’s beach towel; & host had a party right outside our door & kids making too much noise.

The room was nice and spacious. overall the room was great.
It felt a little empty. Also I wish I knew beforehand that there wasn’t gonna be shampoo, body soap, or towels provided, so that we could be prepared before hand. Also online we were told that the price was gonna be 63 dollars but we ended up paying 72 dollars. We were confused so I thought maybe you should be more specific with your prices online or at least warn the customers that there is a possibility that the price may differ online that’s why you gotta pay up front instead of doing online payments. There was also no wifi.

The only good thing about Karis Pool was the staff, Alex. He was helpful and very kind.
DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. As soon as we checked in to our villa, we noticed that it had not be cleaned. There was marijuana seeds and stems in the desk drawer and a used fake eyelash was laying on the night stand! It was so obvious that the room was not cleaned prior to us coming there! Also, our villa was supposed to include a kitchen. The kitchen was a butane stove with no gas and no vent to suck out the smell of food in the villa. 😑 The pool had people swimming in it that weren't even guests at the villa. This led to the parking filling up so we had no place to park!!! We have been to Saipan several times and this was THE WORST PLACE we have ever stayed at.
