-Our room, facility and amenities inside are good for 2 people only although we allow 4 person to stay for free but we will not provide additional bed, linens and other basic for the extra 2, i hope we are clear with this. thank you so much.

-it is with deep regret that we inform you of the new rules and regulation of one oasis admin, no free pool usage for guest below 1 month stay. if you want to use pool it is with a fee, 200 pesos/day/person. guest of more than one month will be free to use the pool.

-No free parking within the vicinity. if you have car and needed a secure parking area please let me know ahead of time because we have a paid parking area but also this depends on availability.

Our place is very near big malls, public market, and churches. There is also a nearby restaurants if you want to indulge in fine dining and ktv's just around the area. Our place is very quite and solemn even though it is just within the city. You can rest and still have fun. we have Swimming pool for kids and adult, playground, gym, and basketball court.

“It Was My Second Stay”
I've rented this condo twice in two years. The host has several rooms at this condo, so it may depend on the room. The place was clean and cozy. I stayed for a month on both visits. Host was quick to respond. As a solo traveler, I had no issues and loved the place. The Limketkai Mall is in walking distance, but a $50 peso ($1) cab ride if you have a lot of groceries. The staff is friendly at the condo (security, maintenence). Someone can pick up your laundry: wash, dry, and fold for $10. It's in the middle of everything.

“Spacious room, all the amenities, just not the cheapest - but good for extended stay”
This room felt like home. It was spacious, clean, quiet, easily accessible, and had all the comforts of my own apartment - a full kitchen with burner, rice cooker, plates and mugs, water kettle, and basic cooking utensils. The balcony was nice - and the overall location not bad. There is only one readily accessible calenderia option for eating out right across from the complex, but it is only a 25-minute walk to Limketkai mall. One Oasis is removed enough from the main roads to feel tranquil - like I was returning home. The grounds were beautiful - just wish the pool wasn't 200 pesos for guests! Felt welcomed and greatly appreciated by the host Joi - she also accommodated me very last minute when I needed to extend the booking with just 1 hours' notice! Thank you so much for the lovely place that felt like a home away from home :)

“Great Stay for Families”
Excellent location, friendly staff, and spacious units. The cleanliness was good but could be improved slightly. Enjoyed the lovely view and convenient shopping options. The bathroom was well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic choice for families with children.

“Acceptable”
We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days, but to our surprise, the facilities were already dilapidated and in need of a complete overhaul, considering the nightly rate of the condo and the additional charges for facilities such as the pool and parking. It felt less like staying in a condo and more like staying in a simple room badly in need of improvement. We chose that condo hoping to enjoy its amenities, but even the basics—such as soap, a functioning TV, proper lighting, and utensils (the one knife that they had in the kitchen could not even open a can and was already broken)—were very disappointing. I even felt guilty because it was my choice at the time, when I should have booked Mesaverte (where we normally stay when we’re in CDO). Customer service was also poor, with no immediate replies. Dusty. Some lightbulbs were not working. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, though I still hope that through these comments, the management will take action.

“Unsatisfied guests”
Place is filled with cockroaches. The induction stove was not working, contacted the person-in-charge but they only told us it works intermittently instead of replacing it. Stayed for 6 nights, it could’ve been more comfortable if they made sure the place is clean before we arrived and all kitchen appliances worked. I found it a little pricey for the kind of accommodation.
