Notice: Please take time NOT READ :-) -Our room, facility and amenities inside are good for 2 people only although we allow 4 person to stay for free but we will not provide additional bed, linens and other basic for the extra 2, i hope we are clear with this. thank you so much. -it is with deep regret that we inform you of the new rules and regulation of one oasis admin, no free pool usage for guest below 1 month stay. if you want to use pool it is with a fee, 200 pesos/day/person. guest of more than one month will be free to use the pool. -No free parking within the vicinity. if you have car and needed a secure parking area please let me know ahead of time because we have a paid parking area but also this depends on availability. Our place is very near big malls, public market, and churches. There is also a nearby restuarants if you want to indulge in fine dining and ktv's just around the area. Our place is very quite and solemn even though it is just within the city. You can rest and still have fun. we have Swimming pool for kids and adult, playground, gym, and basketball court. i just want to inform ahead for the coming guest because i don't want any conflict between stay. this is a notice for the pool usage. as of now the admin implemented a rule that transient renters with minimum of less than 1 month is not free of the pool. guest need to pay 200 pesos per day per person. i am really sorry for this news. we are currently appealing to our admin to at least lessen this fee so we can absorb this fee for our costumers but as of now this is a big fee. so we really cant absorb this for you. hoping for your next stay we can solve this problem if ever you decide you still want to stay with us. i hope you understand. thank you

    Wont recommend this place. Poor costumer service. The owner did not respond to all my messages, good thing the two security guards helped us and they contacted the owner. All paper works were not organised prior to our arrival and had been waiting ages just for the check-in.

    I was really worried when we arrived in CDO as the contact # posted can't be reached. Tried messaging thru Agoda app but didn't hear until the next morning. We were already hopeless but we still tried our luck to go to the place. Luckily, the guards were able to see my booking. Please make sure to update the contact details.

    “Inconvenient, no pool”

    My kids were disappointed because the pool was under repair and we we're not informed ahead. It was the reason why we choose this condo. In the website, they included the pool as one of the facilities available. I will never go back there. We should have stayed in a hotel where bed linens are of quality.
