Caretake and owner is so nice and accommodating. The unit is clean. No leaks and damage. Great facilities. Perfect for staycation. The unit is spacious. This is the second time I’ve checked in with Jewel’s staycation with my family. Will definitely book again! ❤️💯

Love how the location is very close establishments. The unit itself is spacious and clean. The caretaker did their job in making sure the place was clean before we occupied it. Value for money. The only con was during our checkin the parking space was fully occupied so we had to find parking slot elsewhere. Also you have to pay 50php per entry.

Good Architecture ”
I like the set-up of the unit itself. There’s a separate bedroom with lock and it looks more spacious than the other units we’ve been to at the building. We’ve stayed in different units there 4x already because of its accessibility to various tourist spots and restaurants. This is by far the best in terms of aesthetics. Note, however, that there’s no shampoo and body wash provided, unlike other units. But it’s negligible since 7 eleven is just a few steps away from the building. The staff, Salve, is also very accommodating and responsive to queries.

Stayed on this condo for practical reason... The owner and the care taker were both nice and replied to my queries... The unit is clean.. very accessible to basic establishments too. The only thing that stop me for giving a 5 star rate for this unit is the per entry parking space on weekends. Rate: 4/5

overall the stay was great! but I feel like we were not given the complete info about the usage of the pool. We were not informed that pool usage is by scheduling and max of 1 1/2 hrs only. Also I didnt know that every Thursday is pool cleaning day.

Location is really at the center of everything. From Malls to Restaurants and even the church, easy access to all. The unit owner/staff also is kind. However, we encountered a problem with their parking. They have no allocated parking slot and most of the time, the parking is full.
