My stay was satisfactory”
I have problems with directions, I wasn't informed the pool was on the 3rd and I keep on getting lost going to G Floor. But anyway, I requested extra blankets and they gave me more and towels too :) I had tough time with the water because there was water interruption that time but they have prepared stocks of water and informed us with the water flow schedule time. Overall, I'll definitely want to come back, this time with my friends! :)

We had a nice overnight experience here..the view is superb..my daughters enjoyed it coming from staying in the house for 9mos due to pandemic..location is also the best..though there are small flaws in their appliance such as microwave oven and clogged bathroom sink...but overall i'll still give a two thumbs up👍👍...i will recommend this to our friends..thank you

Very good location. Walking distance from malls, restaurants etc... The room itself just need some interior design so that it would be more attractive to travellers. But all in all like what we did is we just stayed the night and left, it's a value for money.

I'm kind of disappointed. I went there to relax and it stress me out. The room is not that clean especially the toilet/bathrooms. The bed has no frames as it is on the photos posted. We weren't able to open the door and access the balcony. The staff who assisted us virtually is having issues and thinking that I will not pay my balance, he even asked my name on the lobby to confirm if I registered during check in. Sucks!

It was a family overnight stay at Tagaytay and we booked three rooms. We were given rooms 1119, 1159 and 1565. The people who operated the units were helpful, attentive and organized. The units were basic, the utensils in the counter were supposed to be clean, but were very greasy. The water containers had old water and they did not replace it for new tenants. Bed sheets and pillows had a foul damp smell. Internet did not function properly. Not all rooms had the same set up. Room 1119 was the worse out of the three we rented: dark, interiors were not properly taken care of.
