Budget hotel with great location.”

We got the budget room (which was the cheapest, decent available room in Tagaytay at the time of booking) with free breakfast for 2. For its price, we could have gotten a much nicer room in Makati. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is very accessible and there were available parking slots (limited).

we got to book their unexpensive room that supposedly has no view yet we're lucky enough that when we requested it, they have an available room of that kind. they we're very accomodating plus we get to witness a wedding in mickey and minnie mouse costume which is very cute :] their morning buffet was worthit though it was kind of crowded morning. we didn't swim on the pool because it was placed just right after you entered the hotel facility. other than that, we had a great personal time in our little veranda with overlooking view of taal which made our stay so special :]

I had a comfortable stay it’s just like a second home. Had a wonderful view! It’s near the city center and public market. My purpose of the visit is to go to Lady Manaoag shrine, and I got lucky because it was really near. The breakfast was good! The staff were very friendly and accommodating because they would help you with all your needs. I would love to come back next time. It’s a great value for money. I highly recommend this place.

Great location & nice hotel”

Clean hotel, spacious family room, big bathrooms

We enjoyed our stay in this villa! It has nice and clean rooms however I was a little bit disappointed as when I asked for extra mattresses for my friends, what they gave was not exactly a mattress. It was only like a cushion, plus they didn't give any bedsheets and pillows. The bathroom was big and clean but there were NO towels. And I guess it would be better if you could have free breakfasts for your guests. I'd still recommend this hotel to others but I hope they can improve their service.

We enjoyed our stay, my little boy kept running around the room because it was really spacious and the flooring was made of wood (so homey). Our room have large windows and glass doors leading to the small teraza so We had a very good view of taal. We had a little problem with the water closet but all in all we had a really nice stay.

Toilet and Toiletries”

I love our 1 night stay here! The staff are great and very accommodating. the place in general is commendable. The location in relation to Picnic Grove is close and the view over Taal Volcano and the lake is just superb. The downside on out stay there is the bathroom. There's a distinct odor coming out of the toilet even though we haven't used it yet to do#2. The toiletries are not acceptable with only 1 kit of toothbrush, shampoo and i guess the other pack is a conditioner, not really sure since i did not bother looking at it any further. it was disappointing. the room by default should be for two at least. i booked it for 2 pax anyway. there should be enough supply and with more things on it. There's not even a soap or toothpaste. it would have made our stay there exceptional. I hope they get to consider this. Other than that the rest is great!

Great villa and good location”

Nice view, spacious rooms

This villa is really nice and clean. You could relax in this kind of place as the room was quite big - even the bathroom. Only thing I didn't like was there are no towels in the bathroom, so I suggest people who want to stay in this villa to bring their own towel - unless the staff decide to offer their guests with towels to use in the future.

an affordable room with relaxing location, overview of taal lake, feels like your staying in your home, we enjoy staying here in one night, it is a guest house with 8 rooms, if you book a room at 2nd floor (superior king room) you can drink and smoke in their veranda while looking at taal lake, the staff are friendly and accomodating, negative comment q lang is mahina ang pressure ng water nila sa superior king room and kulang ang table para pagpatungan ng gamit, dhil ang sahig nila ay made of wood, dinig na ung kalabog lalo na kapag ang ka.roommate moh may kasama bata, but the we enjoy thw overall stay.

For young group who can afford”

Just across the street from Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road

This villa can work for those who'd go for a short stay and would be out most of the time. When we arrived, the airconditioning unit was turned off and took a while to cool the room. The villa deluxe room have 1 king and 1 twin-sized beds which were nicely prepared and is spacious for a family of 3-4. There's a small fridge and a number of cabinets for luggage. However, fixtures in the room was broken like the shower holder, so the shower head hang just above the pail and the mirror shelf in the lavatory, so there's no place to out your toiletries. Also, the only light in the room in the middle of the night. The only thing we enjoyed in our stay was the terrace, where you can get fresh air and see the lake view.

Clean, nice view, accessible

When I saw the hotel in this website, it says it can fit up to 10 persons but when we arrived we only have 1 room and 4 beds ( 1 twin sharing and 3 single)!! How can you possibly fit 10 persons if we are just family and not a couple to share in a single sized bed?? A/C is very small, it can hardly make the room cool. They only have 1 bathroom and have to wait to finish every single family member. Security is very very poor! Our attic room has a living area but don't have a door and accessible to the public if they want to look around. I paid for only 1 night of stay, not worth it. Staffs are just ok.
