I stayed for 10 days, mainly to snorkel. Host Cheryl treated me like a close friend, if not a family member. She is warm, hospitable, readily available, and always willing to assist. Facility is clean, tranquil, quiet, peaceful and, yet, conveniently situated. Within minutes, you can easily walk to Tubod Marine Sanctury, Coco Grove Resort, and a number of restaurants and grocery stores. Host Cheryl’s meticulous care for her property, including a large garden with children’s playground, and nicely decorated pots and plants, is self evident every time I walk through it; thus creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. At high and low tide each day, rain or shine, I snorkel directly from the backyard, expecting to see huge turtles on most days. While not snorkeling, I can sit idle on a comfortable bench recliner to watch the sea, and the horizon beyond, for hours on end - especially around sunset. Speaking of the sunset, it’s an imaginary I will not forget; perhaps the highlight of Isla de Paz? You ought to come to see for yourself.
