I was somewhat hesitant to book this property based on the reviews, but given the amenities and pictures of the room, I decided to stay there for three nights. I knew that it was close to the beach and the Westin Chosun so the location was superb. The room had everything that I required and I must say the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud after an adventurous day out. The designers of Ibis deserve some praise for using their space so well. A minimal aesthetic and attention to detail had me in love with the room after only one night. As for the staff, cordial and on point is the best description that can be given. I had numerous conversations with them and truly look forward to meeting them again. To access the beach, just use the staircase at the Ibis parking lot- this will save you a lot of time. I do recommend the green tea scone at the beach cafe at the corner of the Westin Chosun. Someone had previously mentioned the OPS bakery and that is definitely worth checking out. Don't forget to take a walk around Dongbaek Park. It is absolutely breathtaking. Ibis has redefined the term budget for me and I look forward to staying at their other properties on the peninsula! Cleanliness, affordability, customer service, design, and location- I could not ask for anything more!

Great views and great location!”
I booked this for my friend and I for Chuseok, and it was an awesome hotel! There was the option to buy the buffet breakfast, which we did for 2 of our 3 days staying there. I was able to also choose an ocean view room, which was the best decision. It had a mini fridge as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would not hesitate to book again when I go to Busan next time.

Nice place to access beach and main street. Just 1 min walking to bus stop bound to Busan station& Gukje market. . Always feel comfortable bed condition and staff's kindness. . I wanna stay next time. .

Only 5 minutes walk to heaeundae beach, easy to access bus, subway, and shopping area! Room is big enough for 2 people. But bathroom is a bit small. Staffs are helpful and the room is very clean. RECOMMEND!!

Hotel is nearby the main road. Although the hotel is far from subway station , it’s easy to reach beach and bus station . The service was good that front office and engineer helped and take care every details about we misunderstood the way to use hairdryer.

Good location and price compared to others. Very clean and functional However, the pillows are very high and uncomfortable and there is no other option. The blinds don't completely block the sunlight, so if you like sleeping in, the light might bother you. The windows don't block most of the noise, so get a high room. The breakfast isn't that great, so don't pay for it. It's just ok, For the same money, go to other restaurants.

Lovely location right next to the beach”
The location is great if one wants to be close to the main beach. To the metro station it's about 10-15 minutes' walk. The room is not huge but big enough for two people for a short stay. It's absolutely clean and well-equipped. The first night the heating didn't work. Had to talk to the only staff member at reception twice. Instead of helping me or asking sending someone to help me, both times she just gave me instructions on what to try out. Finally the heating worked. But they seemed to be understaffed at night, and there wasn't any technician or housekeeping team at night. Otherwise the staff were always polite and helpful and very efficient check-in and check-out. Lots of convenience stores nearby and very quiet at night.

The check-in and check-out times are ridiculous. No reason a hotel should have a 4 hour turnaround on rooms. However, the room itself was comfortable and the beds are really great. I've stayed there before and I'll stay again.
