Nice and Clean”
Overall experience is excellent in terms of room cleanliness and comfortability. You'll have a nice view because they are in 23rd floor. They have electric kettle for coffee, microwave oven, water heater, free wifi access and tv plus. The location is great because it is in the center of Tagaytay. There is a near fast food chain(McDo) and convenience store (7-11) just outside the building. Owner is nice and easy to deal with. Only issue for me is the limited parking lot of the building especially if they have a lot of guests, there are also some not so good smell in the hallway but those are just minor issues.

The area is Not condusive for a relaxation. I pay for 3,461 and its not worth it. Instead of being relaxed. I am stressed.Located in the 23 floor The elevator stops in every floor it took you time before going down to the lobby, very busy elevator with very busy people carrying w/ them push cart piled up with their dirty laundry, trash and all other stuff for cleaning, its like a public area that is very busy evey minute & you cant relax swimming pool: overflowing with CHLORINE, you can smell it all around third floor. The Pool is dirty and blurred, i try to accompany my 2 yr old nephew. but i immidiately move out. the water is ITCHY not maintained like PUBLIC pool the only thing is good is miss nancy very kind and accomodating but the facilities overall is a total disaster. the owner deceive you because when you book and paid the room you chose, when you finally booked & paid in credit card. They will give a different room not the one u choose. quite disappointed

Our family (5) stayed here last April 28-29 at 23rd floor. The location of this condotel is superb, very near the Fora Mall, some restaurants where you can dine and there is also an overlooking at the rooftop (24th) where you can enjoy the view of the Taal Lake. We also had our massage at the 3rd floor for a good price. The owner is very accommodating and responsive to our requests. The room is clean and very homey. The pool is located at the 3rd floor , although majority of staff of the condo is welcoming, I find the security guards RUDE. Overall, our experience with Hygge Suites is excellent.
